Visited this cafe on a Sunday morning before church and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the long wait times.Despite the cafe's cozy atmosphere and high-quality espresso, it took us over 20 minutes to receive our lattes, causing us to miss our service. The cafe seemed to be understaffed or perhaps the baristas were in need of further training, as there was a noticeable lack of organization behind the counter.Even with a modest crowd of about 10 people, it took an excessive amount of time for the staff to begin preparing drinks. While the prices are comparable to those at Starbucks, the efficiency and service speed do not match up.I hope to see improvements in the future, as the place has great potential.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat

Edited: to the owner/manager - appreciate your response. Please provide a contact number and I’d be happy to discuss with you and help provide details.Horrendous. Food was so greasy and made my daughter sick. Coffee drink legitimately tasted like hot water with milk. If you mess up a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee drink this badly, I’m not sure what to tell you. Won’t be back.

Such a gem of a place nestled nicely in the Village of Eagle, near Chester Springs…. This is my “go to” for a really good breakfast sandwich and a great tasting Latte! The staff here are great! The ambience is great! Love supporting the Local Cafes that provide Real Food, Handcrafted drinks, and wonderful service!I loved this location when it used to be Juniper Tree, and now love it even more since it’s become Park Road Cafe. The menu has been greatly expanded. The fresh baked goods are incredible and this place also serves smoothies, hot tea, and other drinks!

I just noticed the sign from the road. Expected a typical coffee shop. I was wrong. What I received was a total coffee cafe experience. The ambience, quality of food and coffee, down to the customer service deserves all 5 stars across the board. This is now my go-to! BONUS, they cater for my business functions too!

I really wanted to like this cafe and support a local small business, but my second visit left me with mixed feelings. I evaluate cafes based on price, food quality, and service, and here's my breakdown:Price: Unfortunately, this cafe is on the expensive side. Our family ordered an Americano, hot chocolate, iced matcha, acai bowl, avocado toast, and a breakfast sandwich, and the total came to a whopping $67.96. An acai bowl alone costs $18.25, and an Americano set us back $4.90.Food: The food quality is decent, definitely better than what you'd find at a convenience store, but it doesn't justify the high prices. My biggest disappointment was the acai bowl, which arrived completely frozen and inedible (and by frozen I mean like a brick). It took a significant amount of time before it was even edible, and for nearly $20, I expected a freshly made acai bowl. So, unless you don't mind waiting around for half an hour, I wouldn't recommend ordering it.Service: Unfortunately, the wait times at this cafe are a major issue. During our first visit, we waited an astonishing 45 minutes without ordering ahead. On our second visit, we tried ordering ahead at 9 am and received confirmation that it would be ready by 9:35-9:45. However, when we arrived, the place was empty, and we were told that the order had just gone through. We ended up waiting until 9:55, almost a full hour after placing our order ahead of time.In conclusion, my feedback to the owners is that for the high price of food and drinks, customers expect freshly made items and orders to be ready as promised. While I appreciate supporting local businesses, this cafe has some room for improvement in terms of both food quality and service.

The employees were playing on their phones and completely forgot 3/4 of our order. The cappuccino my husband ordered was sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes until we asked if that was supposed to be for him. They forgot my bottled water and smoothie until we reminded them. They should have handed me the water as soon as I finished paying because it was in a cooler right next to the register. I miss Juniper Tree Cafe. Won't be going back to Park Road Cafe

This is a great little local coffee shop! They have special weekly drinks, and they have some breakfast sandwiches, etc. This is our new favorite coffee spot on a lazy morning!

My experience at park road cafe was very underwhelming. I got a bagel sandwich for 13 dollars that tasted like a microwaved pre made egg sandwich that you get at a hotel breakfast. It was “freshly made” but somehow cold and the cheese was not melted. The bagel tasted like the ones you get in a bag from the grocery store. The coffee wasn’t bad - it was la Colombe. They also don’t have cups for water which was a bummer. A positive was that staff was very nice! Not many tables and only one with an outlet if you come to do work.
