Food is always good. Sushi is some of the best locally and always fresh. The only thing I would suggest is a little more flavor to your Pineapple Fried Rice.

This is our new favorite spot. The shrimp fried rice was so flavorful and there was actually really big shrimp and there was more than 3, like everywhere place. The temperature chicken was Devine, nice and crispy but light and airy. The portions were great size. Now for the service, our waitress attentive but gave us enough space to feel at ease. She made sure that we understood the menu.We will for sure be back sooner than later.

Best sushi spot in Exton by a mile. Been going here for years with my family and can consistently guarantee great food / service. My favorite is the caterpillar roll. The woman who runs this establishment (don’t know her name unfortunately) is very sweet. 5/5.

My husband and I got terribly sick with food poisoning several hours after eating sushi here. I’ve never gotten sick from sushi before. Will not be returning as not only was something terribly wrong with the sushi, but the pad Thai was awful and bland.

I am a delivery driver for multiple apps and I despise this establishment with passion. Unfortunately, I live in the area and they receive a fair share of orders so I end up there at least once a week. However,It’s like a combination of bad juju for delivery drivers. First of all, the staff is disrespectful towards drivers, which is always an indication that they’re just not nice people. Whereas when a customer walks in, they are able to pull off the disingenuous smile and greeting, once they recognize your face as a driver, you get ignored as soon as you walk in. It makes you feel inferior to say the least.SECOND major issue is the timing of their orders. They take beyond what is considered a reasonable timeframe. For example, DD promises the order at 6:30p and it isn’t ready until 7:15, on average. I believe this is happening for one and only reason that they do NOT prioritize the delivery orders. They figure, they’ve been paid for, why rush. The second layer to this is that the customer is waiting for their dinner for over 2 hours in some cases. Occasionally, the customer feels bad enough for the driver and ends up throwing in an extra $20 for the wait but this is bad business all around.Of course, the restaurant doesn’t care. There is a place nearby which is also a Japanese themed restaurant that is very kind to the drivers, often offering free cup of miso or a drink on the house. I use them as a barometer for what a caring business ownership looks like. After all WE help them make more money and get the least amount of appreciation which is heartbreaking.I am all about supporting small businesses but I will never order or dine from Murasaki.

This was the 3rd time I've eaten there with friends. Food and service are excellent. That's why we are repeat customers!

extremely slow service and slow kitchen and overpriced
0 star The problem is that when you come to pick up your delivery, they take so long to prepare, you wait about 30 minutes more.

We wanted to love this restaurant so badly as it's close to our children, but waiting over 1.5hrs for two simple rolls, pad thai, and 2 kid soups is a bit much. We've tried it twice. This business cannot thrive with one waitress, one teenager at the phone, and one sushi chef. There was only one chef in the kitchen both times we had a family meal here. It's not sustainable and it's not safe if food is rushed. We loved the waitress, but it's too stressful of an experience.

Food is great but service is very slow. Ordered sushi and given a time of 45 minutes (seems a little long but ok). Get there and told at least another 10 minutes. Finally get my order over an hour after ordering. This seems consistent every time I go.
