The flag at this Burger King is used disrespectfully to communicate hidden messages to truck drivers that are involved in a drug smuggling ring. Call and ask why its down if you see it down and you will see what i mean, its nonsense. The staff that are not involved are very friendly and the food is consistent with other BK's but the damage they are doing to the community is unacceptable.

This place sometimes takes half an hour to put freakin burgers in bags for the car lane. TERRIBLE service. 1 person alone in the place doesn't work. Service SUCKS... try hiring for the lunch hour... DUH!

Of course Burger King is the greatest, but I went through the drive thru and waited 20 min for my order. I was the only car at the time and there was hardly anyone inside. Not exactly fast food.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Waited 20 minutes for cold food. Only ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and a double cheeseburger with a med fries. Everything was cold. Won't come back here again.

Drive thru takes forever! Not the first time that it was myself and another care and had to wait 10+ minutes just to order. This place used to be so much better. What happened?

It was a clean burger king, food great but not anything past welcome to burger King. Can I take yr order with a deadpan place. No smile. Again clean & great food.Parking: Good parking handicap parking
I love Burger King but the last few years it was not the greatest experience it seemed to be a dying company. The Burger King in Dickson city has completely changed that for me! I love it, the food is fresh, the service is fast and it’s nice to go somewhere that the employees are in good spirits working hard but smiling and kind! Management is wonderful, I spoke with Josiah and you can tel he really cares about the company and his employees!

Got breakfast. 2 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong, other 2 had cold cheese and ham. Extremely unappetizing. Wife wouldn’t let me go back to complain and get new food. 2 stars because the dog loved it.
