I've been coming here almost weekly for almost a year. Always friendly service. My drink is as I ordered and when I order cold foam I get a good amount vs other Starbucks. Spoken with the manager directly and she was kind. Also they're usually pretty quick on weekends and they mark when your drink is ready in that app which is helpful if you'd rather not wait around inside.Parking: Parking around back is way easier, less traffic

The store manager of the Collegeville PA location TRISH decided to give me attitude because I asked to have a drink remade stating she doesn't understand what the problem is because my drink is never made right there. Then referred to a time she personally made my drink over 3 times which I know for a fact she didn't personally remake all 4 times but I digress. Either way if my drink is remade 4 times it is because it's wrong 3 to 4 times! Also I then asked her what her problem was as she said she just doesn't understand what I am doing as if I'm trying to scam or something.This whole experience was super embarrassing as there was a decent amount of customers in the store while Trish was being extremely rude! Also whether a dink needs to be remade or not is your JOB!! I am a frequent customer of Starbucks as I go there twice daily and spend a crazy amount of money with the company so if I'm asking for a drink to be remade it is not because I'm trying to get over, but it is truly made wrong! The lack of customer service displayed by this lady is embarrassing in itself and is not a good look for Starbucks as a company!I didn't want to throw the racial card at her as I didn't want to believe this is the case however when said drink had to be remade 4 times before they got it right, the barista implied to me on the phone that I was trying to get extra drinks then. What makes matters worse is there was another guest complaining about a drink as well but received no attitude whatsoever. Makes me wonder honestly.I will be sure to reach out to her superiors as well so they are aware of the caliber of management they have in this location

I went to this location today to pick up a delivery order and usually they are where the mobile orders are and I'm waiting there and I'm waiting and I'm waiting and nobody even acknowledged me. So I cancelled the order and I walked out. Just ridiculous. I don't have that issue at the Audubon. I would much rather pick up from there.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to... Ordered a very simple order and I had to wait 45 minutes for one drink!!! Slow staff and don't care if you have to wait

I have been to this Starbucks 5 or so times and each time I order my coffee ( iced caramel macchiato) I pretty much receive a cup of milk! And one of the times I’ve been there they did not take my name down and they aren’t very clear when your order is ready you can barley hear them call your name( if it’s even taken) I am not a local and I’ve never experienced this issue at any other Starbucks, one of the times I’ve asked them very nicely if I could get it remade they said it would still come out the same or that one Of the staff made it wrong, but I just rolled with it and got it “remade” and it was still the same, I keep going back with high hopes that they will get it right but I just end up disappointed each time:( I am not one to ever write reviews because I try to be as understanding as possible but it is extremely frustrating to be spending a bit of money and not getting what you are asking for

Way too expensive for mediocre coffee.Making my own is better tasting & economical. I even make cold coffee w/dark chocolate syrup and/or Expresso ice cream.....for pennies. AND not wasting plastic cups daily!
