This was a pleasant surprise. We're two vegans dropping in at a very meaty small-town American-cuisine restaurant to use the restroom and get water on a walk where my friend had an emergency need for both, and wanted to get something so we weren't just coming in to use the restroom... As my friend used the restroom, I ogled the menu of things we don't eat... but they had a veggie burger (Dr Praeger style?), and the server brought us a photo of the ingredients from the kitchen; vegan, yay! Fries are cooked in clear soybean oil. Fine! The burger was loaded with very fresh and chunky slices of avocado, tomato, and red onion. The sweet potato fries were tasty. From worry to WIN! Yay! Thanks for being accommodating ! PS: The server was friendly and helpful too Fairly clean bathroom with no-touch faucet, soap, and paper towel dispenser.

Update: management reconciled extremely well and I appreciate that! :)The food was absolutely cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. Probably some of the best breakfast food I’ve ever gotten in the Lehigh Valley. However, service makes or breaks your experience in a restaurant. As a server for many years myself, I hold high standards when it comes to service. Our service was not great, not good even. The server didn’t smile one time and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder or an attitude. I had my first bad feeling when she was taking our order and didn’t write anything down- we had substitutions and special instructions which in my opinion should always be written down for assurance. Food comes out and of course those substitutions were not met, and we had a couple of missing things. She did apologize but it didn’t seem sincere which in customer service I feel like friendliness always goes a long way. Especially for it being our first time here, you really hope for a great experience. I hope if we decide to come back for the spectacular food, we receive better service! As a server I wouldn’t have blamed my partner if he decided not to tip because the service was just that disappointing, but he was still in my opinion generous with the tip based on the service we received. Hoping for a better experience- and to the owners please know how important it is for your business to hire friendly, thorough, and adequate servers. It can truly make or break a business!

HIDDEN GEM!! Always clean, always charming, always delicious. The food is fresh and the faces friendly. Highly recommend the Coplay breakfast skillet! This place is full of hard workers and fantastic choices, it has become "my place" since buying my home last year and I've never been disappointed!

I order there once a week..thanks for giving me the friied seafood entree instead of the broiled..then your out of the soup I wanted so I asked for an extra salad instead I got an extra dressing no extra salad ..even wrong dressing I asked for??? So I had to go back bring my original order back to get my new one so I got the broiled seafood combo an hour and a half after I ordered and I got broiled tilapia in stead of cod..Talapia is disgusting..if you were out of cod just say something I would have ordered something else....not happy possibly giving the eatery a break for awhile

The food here is always good. Always. The staff can be hit or miss. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, but there have been a few times now where we've waited quite a while for our server to come take our order or bring our check. Everything else about this place is great. Our kids love eating here.
