Mistakes happen. 95 minutes from door to door when i live 5 minutes away with three different excuses that were not related to each other is more than an mistake. I want to call out that there was a lot of snow this evening. 1/3rd of the order was completely wrong. Food 1.5 hours late with three DIFFERENT excuses and only one was snow, hung up on, order wrong and repreation offers were less value than the order. I asked for my money back which was not a lot and they offered a pizza for tomorrow. they offered the same meal tomorrow. i needed delivery today, i needed not being hung up on, I needed honest excuses to the issue. I needed communication to me that there were issues an hour in. I needed an app that didnt say complete when nothing was delivered, i needed ricky to call me back when he said he would call me back in 10. There is no option to check "Bad Management". Training, ethics, common sense. It starts at the top. My expectations with pizza delivery is low. You Dominos of Coraopolis exceeded my expectations. Good job. Zero stars. I will say this, that my driver was sympathetic. He's just not empowered.
