This is a small place with tables and street parking. Staff seemed friendly well at least some that I’ve met. The ice cream is delivered by Perry’s ice cream. Not sure why their sign says homemade? You’ll have to google the hours. The map on my phone says 2pm-9pm everyday but fb says 5pm-9pm Thursday-Sunday. I would call to confirm before going there.

They sell Perry’s ice cream. People have made reviews awhile back saying they sell Betsy’s. I’m so confused maybe they use to and now they order ice cream from Perry’s. I saw Perry’s truck there in front of the shop. But they don’t have a sign saying they proudly serve it hm. And they don’t make homemade ice cream at Janie’s. That’s falsely advertised. Also if you go to Perry’s website you’ll see all the flavors on the site. You can also search what store or scoop shop sells it.

The ice cream is pretty good and I will probably come back again. One of the staff members told my husband and I that they order their ice cream from Perry's ice cream. I was confused because I thought it was homemade ice cream by them but it's not. They have milkshakes and some other options as well and a cooler with beverages too.

They only make milkshakes with basic flavors of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I love their ice cream but apparently they were incurring a loss , I did offer to pay by the scoop but they refused. I love their ice cream but would not go back for the service

Wow. The grasshopper (mint chocolate chip with oreo type cookie in it) is exceptional. Brownie batter very good. Will be back to try other flavors.Friendly staff.
