Waited for 25 minutes for food at 5am and was told they were understaffed and weren't doing food. I understand being under staffed but they are under managed. Who let's people stand in a lin that long for nothing?! No sign, no announcement. Absolutely pitiful customer service.
Sign and website says the store opens at 4:00 am. It did not open till 4:10 am and my order was taken at 4:12 am. Only one person working. Should have waited till 4:30 am and went to Dunkin Donuts. Was first person in line when the store opened.Three other people received their orders before me.
