came in and there was no one else in there. ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. the bagel was half burnt and looked rushed. it was about 10:20 AM, so there was no reason to rush and mess up the bagel.

The store has four staff members behind the counter. One was at the register helping The only other customer waiting to be served so I said, "Good morning" to the other team mates behind the prep bar when I walked up after checking out the bagel selection for the 1/2 or so dozen I was deciding on. They have a unique selection of bagel flavors I wanted to try. I mean, I made eye contact and was totally ignored by all three who had just been in a discussion about dogs and boyfriends. Obviously they know words and can speak so what is this? I would have stayed in my car and ordered online had I read the reviews before I pulled into the parking lot except they don't offer online ordering at this location! Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked right out and not one staff member asked if they could help me. Others writing that the workers seem aggravated people want to come in and buy bagels at the bagel shop they work at is 100% true. The fact that those reviews were a year ago is ridiculous. Do not recommend. This location is horrendous.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich for lunch and a dozen beagles to take home. They cut them for me and gave me bags to keep them in for the rest of the week. We love beagles and for the price you pay in the stores nowadays, it's the same as coming here, except you get much better quality here!!Parking: Only 2 handicap parking spots but a nice big lot so you can pull up to the door and drop off which is wonderful.

The bagels and variety of breakfast/lunch bagel sandwiches is amazing. Definitely recommend stopping in and early, as this one is in a busy place and when I came in at 8a they were already out of a few items. At some of the other locations you can order online through their website but not for this one. However, service is quick so nothing to worry about.

Food was good. I got a Texas Brisket sandwich. They didn't have the type of bagel it was supposed to come on available but the substitute was good. The service was prompt and efficient if not very friendly. The menu seems to have changed a lot from when I ate at other Einstein's years ago. My biggest complaint at this location was the music, it was louder than it should have been and all of it was poppy, dance music. The clientele was all middle aged or older. Seems like a bad choice for the folks that were there.
