I order the same thing at other Dunkins. This location it's always made poorly. Highly suggest going out of your way to a different location.

Habitually gives the improper change or adds items that i didnt order. Even when the computer does all the work. Receipt said 78cents change..gave me 35 cents and then got annoyed when I asked for the right change. Took it from the tip cup and still got it wrong. There are other stores that are further. I run two small businesses in the area and i will let the staff know to avoid this store. I'll look into adding coffee services at the office so my people dont get ripped off. Dissapointing.

First time at this location and I ordered a toasted dark bagel with cream cheese, it came completely untrusted. Typical. I also got an iced coffee which has too much cream for a normal iced coffee and they didn't give me a straw.

This particular DD establishment food, and customer service has gone down hill since the business switched hands (new management). They messed up my order, I told them - I did not want the food they gave me & they tried to make me eat it the food. Trust they took that food back & I got my money back, after telling them, I'm going to call the authorities. IF I could give NO STARS, I WOULD. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY FOR THIS PARTICULAR DD.

It says and even the employee says they close at 7pm but don't go at 645pm because they are closed then too aparently. Me and another car waited a few munites at the talk box in the drive through before someone finally came on and said they close at 7 but when questioned it was 645 the response was "were still closed" straight

I like this Dunkin. They have vastly improved from when they first opened. It used to just be not good at all, but I find myself going here more often than not. This literally is the worst Dunkin! The woman working the drive thru does not get it!Long line, tons of drinks sitting there, the orders are complete and she is NEVER at the window. When she arrives she talks to coworkers, instead of giving your coffee. You litetally have to ask her -hey can you stop talking for a minute and give me my order? You see the orders are complete and theres a long line, right? The worst.

Whats the deal with this place .I've given them a chance multiple times . I'm getting sick of receiving trash food and trash coffee . First off the sticker on cup says med original coffee .. I doubt any coffee just creamer and swirl flavoring .. second I ordered a sausage croissant and what a waste of money . Croissant was hard as a rock and hashbrowns were undercooked . Doesn't make sense to me . Why rush to get out trash food and give your franchise a bad name ? Maybe get together with other franchise owners that put out good food and good drinks ... I mean it's not that hard , your only pushing buttons and keeping the place clean . Also if you want food 3 hours before they close better go somewhere else . I've tried a couple times and everytime it's " were only serving drinks "..like , what? Why is the menu showing on digital screen ? Hire individuals that worked in food industry , not family members . Sorry but not sorry . Get your business in order!!Dietary restrictions: If can only eat soft foods don't eat here .
