I used to go to this place every single day for over a year in the 2021/2022 seasons. The service was phenomenal, the employees were fast…. For the past 8 months or so, every since all of those employees left, this place has been an absolute disaster. You go to the drive through, and you wait 20+ minutes to get your order — even if it’s only a single drink. Wait time's in the drive thru are rediculously long sometimes. I've actually seen people leave because of the long wait times. I've personally gotten the same coffee every morning for over a year and it's never consistent. Either they don't put sugar in it or they don't put the espresso in it or I've even gotten the wrong coffee. Right label wrong coffee. I'm a firm believer in staying loyal to a business.
