The gluten free food choices include a different variety of breads and bagels, snacks chips and pretzels , great for kids as snacks to take in school lunches. They also have gluten free pasta of all kinds. The selections of sweets..Katz donuts and creme filled cakes are delicious, and there are other desert options that are gluten free as well.

I’ve lived in the Back Mountain for over ten years and have driven past this business probably a hundred times and never realized that it’s actually three businesses: a bake shop, a gluten free grocer, and a farmer’s market.
