Stopped at noon on Sunday march 17 - there were no donuts or any other products on display - found out they did have donuts but only sugar. Strange that a donut place would have only one type. Then we also ordered other food but it took over ten minutes to that - an everything bagel with cream cheese - a plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese (they gave us an everything bagel instead) and a ham and Swiss croissant ( got two mini everything bagels with cream cheese inside). The bags were labeled correctly but the food inside was wrong. So two of the orders were thrown away due to not be able to eat the “everything”. Also the hot chocolate was not hot - more lukewarm. Very disappointing visit. Does not make me want to go back to any DD.

Horrible service unless you go before 6:30am. For some reason, they won’t serve ice cream in the drive thru and when we went inside to the counter, everyone ignored us. Finally walked out after about 10 minutes. Whatever the new owners are doing, stop doing it. ?

Last 4 days showed up after 6am when the inside opens and they are refusing to open the doors they have starred at us and each day they say there under staffed and can’t open the inside. There are vehicles that are to big to go through the drive through and they are refusing to open the doors so nobody can go inside and order this is a very big inconvenience and has been annoying to deal with for 4 days

I pull up to a drive through early in the Am hours. The drive through sign is half lit and is falling apart. It's hard to see anything if you try to order anything else. I was supposed to get a hot latte end up with a warm latte like it was made the other day and served this morning by warming up in the microwave. The owners should be ashamed how the place is looking like now days.

Horrible! I ordered a large coffee vua the drive thru. Employee told me that they're brewing a fresh pot and to park over to the side. She would bring it to me when it was ready. I waited almost 15 minutes...and no coffee (someone else was also waiting). I grabbed my receipt and went in. Greeted by the same employee, looked at me as though she had never seen me before! Asked me to wait for a few while she was finishing another customer's order. I said no, that I'd like a refund (cash payment originally). Ms. Manager finally came over, opened the drawer, gave me the cash back and NEVER EVER apologized...she seemed very angry. I will never go back there again!!

Got a drink here a few weeks ago. The woman argued with me that my drink was incorrect and refused to make it right. She kept arguing with me until I went in and told them it wasn't right and another worker confirmed it wasn't. Every time I come here, it's slow, you wait in line forever, your drinks usually incorrect. I have lived near this dunkin my whole life and it has gone down hill, horribly.
