I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...I make a reservation for my niece's baby. Chuck E. never came to sing to her baby. When the guest arrives and wanted to buy extra cards to play they didn't want to sell it. Our guest were saying that they will pay the regular price they wasn't asking for the price of the package. After a back and forth finally the manager said ok. We all were playing when we went to sing happy birthday and ask for the mouse the manager told me he left because he is there only until 8. She couldn't have the decency/courtesy to let us know the mouse is leaving.... come on!!!! Plus we ask if at leas they can play the song and thay said NO, we ask if they can lit the candle and the manager said NO.... WOW WHAT A SHAME!!!! But at least one employee sneak out with a lighter and lit the candle for us. This was an horrible experience. THE MANAGER DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Had a good time today for my sons 1st birthday but our host was so moody and just didn't belong there, I mean she was totally uninterested and just lack the energy for that type of job / environment. She had a Terrible attitude and disposition. Needs to be reevaluated and retrained for good the people and especially the children.
If people are spending there hard earned money to be there and put there money into you guys pockets with there beautiful kids why show up with poor and selfish attitude? Switch jobs -- get into something you can enjoy cause Chuck cheesy is not it. God bless.
I had my son’s first birthday party at Chuck E Cheese today. I had 3 separate parties at the same location for all of my children. Normally I have a pleasant and accommodating experience this time in particular I had one of the worst customer experiences ever. The host came up to me and began with attitude re-taking the order I already placed on Wednesday when I stopped in to drop off decorations. I handled her with grace because this was my son’s special day. She then put in my order. My guests began to arrive and I did not see my host. I went to place an additional order for the 15 adults I was hosting at the party. We returned to the party area and I went to the kitchen to pick up the food for my adult guests. I asked about the order for the children and she said it was coming up. I heard the announcement for food on the loud speaker so I gathered the additional children who were not at the table. When I returned to the table the host served three pieces of pizza and then walked away. I then asked the rest of the kids what they wanted to eat as one of my other guests helped with the remaining food service. I went in the kitchen to grab the large order of wings and an additional BBQ chicken pie and saw the manager and hosts bringing out Dippin Dots while the pizza and food was still being served. That was at 3:30 my party started at 3 to 5. I was then told that everything is on a time limit and the ice cream cannot be served with the cake and cupcakes. Again I handled them with grace. The children went and enjoyed the festivities. I walked back to see another child in the ticket blaster. I then asked an associate to please grab my host so we could go next. The host arrived and my sister asked if she was having a bad day just because of her demeanor and poor customer service. She then said that she has had a problem all day with our party and that she was sick of “You People” telling her what to do. I then asked if I could speak to her manager. While she proceeded to argue with my sister and other guests. The manager approached and was immediately on the defense. Before I even said a few words she stated that she was the BEST HOST she had…We exchanged words and she dismissed every claim against the host. I then asked for her card and she told me that she ran the place. My cake was never cut and the host never returned for the remainder of the party. The manager gave me the bill and we gave the rude host a $30 tip. Horrible service!!!!!!

It's a good place to go on a rainy, cold, snowy, or hot day. We have the gold membership which is nice, we can go for real cheap compared to what it is just to play and eat for one day. Wish there were more adult type games so us big kids can have fun too 🤣

Nothing for adults to do, food was not good, pricey. However. The children had an amazing time. The prices for a birthday party are high. Small place, same type of games throughout. Don't think we will do this again.
Kid-friendliness: It's a kid place

There was a school there when I took my three-year-old today and no one was paying attention to those kids and they trashed the entire place. There was so much garbage on the floors and on the machines. My son got pushed several times by bigger kids. It really seems like nobody was paying attention. There were a few machines not working but I was so disappointed at the absolute mess.
It was my son’s birthday and I let him pick a prize, even though it was more tickets than we had. I paid the difference and I looked up the prize later and it was worth $18. They charged 60.

The staff takes your extremely expensive order & then your on your own. You get the drinks, go to the kitchen to get the pizza! All self service. $28 for hrs of playtime. How does a family with multiple kids do it? Then when the kids pick out their prize it is junk!

Quite OK arcade+food joint for kids, with very little if any content for adults who could be supervising. Food was tasty (though of course basic). The games are quite varied and for almost all tastes and (young) ages. The staff seemed particularly slow in taking care of newcomers and picking up orders

We love going to Chuck E Cheese with our two daughters. The new revamp to Dickson City is cool... even though my 3 year old is petrified of the characters. ?
Some of the food, at least what we recently had was less than stellar. The pizza crust has been made thinner (which is okay but HOW and WHY!??!) Still tasty for mediocre pizza! The boneless chicken bites were close to inedible, for our liking. We opted for chili lime - I would not recommend this flavor. The seasoning (dry rub) was too much... over seasoned and beyond salty. The food price was also outrageous
That being said, I love the easy access of purchasing time/points and ordering food. Minus the overpriced mediocre food selections the time spent there is enjoyable for the kids which is what matters most to us.
