Pam and Bill are fantastic. I contacted them on short notice for my daughter's birthday party. They were so kind, helpful and flexible. Pam is an amazing artist. She understood exactly what I wanted. The cupcakes were so beautiful I didn't want to eat them, but I am so glad I did! They were delicious! Everyone at the party loved them! I feel so lucky to have found The Baker's Touch and can't wait for my next party so I can order more!
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Honestly, I couldn't have hoped for better customer service. Right away they responded, sent an email, a phone call and then a text. They sent their license bc I was dealing with a "particular kind of restaurant venue" for my daughter's 21st birthday party.
