I’ve been here once and I liked the food. Came back here with friend and my second experience was horrible. We waited 20 minutes for iced coffee and refresher and another 40 minutes for food. No one told us that it’s gonna take that long for fries and sandwich. I understand they were busy but other people who came after us, were served already and we were still waiting for food. That wasn’t right. We couldn’t wait any longer so we left.

My sister and I were looking for a late dinner option and was told at the nail salon that Brooks is NOW OPEN FOR DINNER!! I think the hours vary but during the week they are now open until 8 pm!!??? The food was good but we felt a little rushed by our server...we wanted to sit and talk but decided to leave beings we were the only ones there!! But they did surprise us with a nice "free" desert!! There version of a canoli...which was appreciated and very yummy!!!Vegetarian options: There were a few on the menu...Parking: Spaces are at a premium near any of the businesses beings it's a strip mall...

One and done. We went on the Friday before Christmas at noon. We waited well over a half an hour for our food because they were making a bunch of entries for a photographer to shoot. Portions are not big and the lunches were not good. The breakfast seems to be a tad better. Our waitress was pretty good though.

Man, I always find the hidden gems. I was working in this area and decided to stop by for breakfast. I enjoyed the service food and atmosphere I got three eggs, scrambled turkey sausage, home fries, and wheat toast. Definitely marking this on my map for great breakfast food place reminds me when I was a kid enjoyed

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Good good and friendly waitress.
Absolutely Horrible. Weird atmosphere, food was not good, and it was not clean. Ordered a caramel latte, not even sure it had anything but milk in it. Pork roll was thin and burnt, no chicken salad in the wrap - all lettuce, barely any meat in the cheese steak wrap, overdone toast, the list could go on. We are not a family that is picky or looking for a way out of our bill. We paid our $75 bill and tipped accordingly. The waiter was very nice and helpful, but the meal was absolutely trash. On top of that there was a roach by our seats on the floor. Don't believe the Facebook photos and Don't waste your time.

If I could rate this place below a single star I would. Our waiter was great and everyone was really nice but our food was terrible. To icing the cake there was a tiny roach next to our booth on the floor. Never again! ?

Small little restaurant in a strip mall. I had an omelette that was really good. You can. Get hashbrowns or potato pancakes. I had the potato pancakes and they were so good. Worth a stop if you're in the area

We have eaten at Brooks Cafe before. Never had any issues. We ordered take out today. When I went in to pick up, I was informed that they don't have the Chicken Salad Hawaiian and substituted the chicken salad with grapes and walnuts. You can't just sub something without asking! The person this was for has a nut allergy! That could have been very dangerous! I asked to sub a club sandwich instead. I waited and waited at least 10-15 minutes and no word. How long does a club take?? I asked someone behind the counter if it's coming out soon and she said "I don't know". Food was coming out of the kitchen left and right! you'd think they would take care of the order they screwed up first instead of leaving me stand there and then no one knew about it! I walked out (never to return!) Sorry to see it's going downhill and nobody cares anymore about customer service!
