Basic diner food. Ordered delivery from here. The different containers were clearly marked. It's fine, though there's nothing that really sets the food here apart from other diners. Their DoorDash menu's a bit screwed up. For example, if you want a ginger ale, you need to select coke.

Highly enjoyed this cute little diner. My husband and I were looking for a comfy place to eat and found it here! Our waitress (I can't remember her name ?‍♀️) was super sweet! The food was sooo good, and it reminded me of a good home-cooked breakfast .

We’ve lived in Downingtown for 25 years and never eaten here until Sunday’s breakfast and it was great. A quality dinner experience. Overall the food was hot and delicious with generous portions. Service was great. We ordered and our food was in front of us before we could blink. I had the blob special and the French Toast was perfect. It came with at least 6 slices of bacon! The pancakes and fruit cup were excellent too! I won’t wait 25 years to go back. If you enjoy dinner food you won’t be disappointed.

The "hostess" seemed annoyed the second she saw my mom with her walker. She sat us in the corner in a small booth. My daughter is also 38 weeks pregnant and could not fit without squishing her belly. We asked if we could sit in the booth with the chairs and she huffed. I wanted to leave and voiced my dissatisfaction with her attitude (to her), but was out voted since we were already there, and it is a process to get my mom in and out of places. The server was ok and the food was typical diner food.We will never return, considering this is how they treat people and not one member of the staff tried to correct the situation.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for a wheelchair I just have no clue where they would sit you. We had a hard time with the walker. If my mom was still in the wheel chair we would have had to leave regardless of the hostess.I did not see any clear signs or paint for handicap parking. Luckily someone was leaving from the front when we pulled in. If there was handicap parking it was not visible.

If you're looking for a good food diner this is it. Plus it's the home of the 1958 movie The Blob where it made it's appearance in the movie.

Always great. Even though it isn't the original diner that was in the movie the Blob we still call it The Blob diner. The food is excellent. Their French fries ? are the best. Service is fast and the diner is clean. It isn't very big. Typical railroad train type building.

If you are looking for great diner food in a real diner atmosphere, this is the place. So happy that they are open in the evenings again. It’s always clean and the service is great. I like their breakfast Hashbrowns better than happy days diner as they get really crunchy on one side. I think their menu is bigger as well.

An absolute staple in Downingtown! Going to HS here it was the go-to after formals, sporting events, or just for a fun dinner out with friends. Since COVID they've changed the hours so it is no longer open 24/7, but I hope one day they bring it back. I personally love the waffle and chipped beef, and no other diner I know serves that! Delicious food and the staff is extremely nice and friendly, and although I am in college now I try to come back here once or twice a year.
