I placed my order, arrived about 10 minutes past when it would be ready. Waited in a line of ~15 people waiting for their order, in the cold, for 20 minutes in which time 2 people were served. So God knows how long it would take before I was served. I tried calling twice as a courtesy to let them know I would not be picking up my order, but no answer.
