I went to order a sub at this place at the truckstop, there is this one lady she was handling the oven /fridge and cash register and I asked her to change her gloves before she serves me and she said oh no I just change it not long ago although I saw her doing everything, she wants to have her own way so I just tell her to have a good day and I walked away because nobody is going to mess around with my food, she just lost a customer and many truck drivers also walked away because she never wanted to change her gloves and that to me is nasty! They are hiding the meats around the counter and we can't even see them serving it no more at that location! so even if flies are pitching on the meat we cannot see it again and that's scary..Parking: Why loves gas station is better because they have abundance of parking and we don't have to worry about paying for parking lot but these small pilot majority of parking you have to pay which is ridiculous because we are already buying gas and food from this location this gas station is just overwhelming the drivers

Service people were awesome ..subway food going down hill.. If you want a new sauce as a company put a new sauce in don't change the old ones... 9 out of 10 times trying to order a meatball Sandwich at dinner time and they are always out no matter where you go.I'm told because they only makes so much for the day time crowd.. So if you're a trucker and come in at the end of the day you're pretty much screwed.. I welcome the thought of new franchise food businesses going in these truck stops

9/1/22 approximately 9:30 -9:45. Poor customer service she left me in store to smoke a cigarette. I kindly after 10 to 15 min later step out to ask her if how much longer she would be and she had the most nasty disposition not that I’m a truck driver with service hours being held up and holding other truckers from fueling up I only wanted to know if it was worth waiting or not

I'm from Illinois I will never eat at the Subway or Pizza place you are the most rudest and laziest employees ever lied to me about making a pizza when you obviously open your getting paid for what. Thumbs down ?.
I had to ask the staff at subway to cover her nose with a mask. Then when she handed me a lid without gloves she touched all over it. We threw the cup away and left.

Everyone hard of hearing. Have to repeat order 3+ times for them to get it. Ordered chicken bacon Ranch and asked for it to be wrapped individually. It got wrapped as a whole instead, and when I get down the road and finally get my sandwich half unwrapped, the chicken is still frozen. Horrible experience.

Given the other Subways in this town, this one was a welcomed surprise. Service was great! Mariah made my wrap and she was awesome!!! I’ve never seen someone do a wrap as skillfully as she did. I would definitely return to this location.

Must have new staff on the clock today. Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch, the bread was smashed flat and the employee either didn't hear me say it, or didn't understand, oh well. The bread and cheese were burnt coming out of the toaster, and both employees looking at it seemed hesitant on proceeding. (It looked like a disaster at this point) I mentioned out loud that it didn't look right, and nobody seemed to notice or care, can't really tell myself, but let's face it I've had a FUBAR'd day and I just couldn't care less. Even still, I myself would have started over from the smashed bread, or once I saw it was burnt. Oh well. May come back eventually, but not in a hurry to do so.
