“in the dubois country club adjacent to their great hotel - standard large 2 double bed rooms with separate seating areas and complimentary breakfast buffet all for a very reasonable price. the tannery bar and grill looks a little bit like a banquet room but dont let that stop you. the food here is great! there is a bar with some limitations on wines and spirits but if you are flexible youll find something refreshing. but lets talk food. i had their jumbo blt on marble rye with a side of sweet potato fries - best blt i have had in 50 years!! absolutely delicious with the ingredients overflowing. sweet potato fries perfectly cooked. my companions had a chicken sandwich with regular fries and the other a crisp, fresh jumbo salad topped with salmon. amazingly good! leisurely dining with a good vibe after pulling over from a 5 hour highway drive. then perfect nights sleep for the next days 8 hour drive. after your meal you can walk around the extended grounds or take in a round of golf. highly recommend all aspects of this hotel/country club dining experience. youll love it!“
“I am always surprised that this place is not busier. We got there at 1pm with no customer cars there. The food is really good. Their sandwiches are better than sheetz, subway or anywhere else around. Huge selection of drinks. Craft beers on tap. And decent prices.“
“Nice place, first time there great band playing. everything was fun the only issue was getting a drink it took WAY to long to get up to the bar for a beer or drink order. Bartenders were friendly and nice but slow. focused on one part of the bar if you were on the other side they never looked your way. The one finally took the order brought the drinks and under charged for them. we had to bring it to her attention and paid her the right amount but if that happens alot they could be loosing money. It was packed but ive been in places packed and always got sa drink quickly. If they can fix this issue they would be 5 star across the board. we didnt eat so cant comment on the food.Parking: place was packed so parking was hard to find thats to be expected when your packed. no complaints on that but the review asked.“
“We had a great experience ordering take out from the 19th hole. The people taking our order and the ones at the bar when we picked up were all so happy and friendly! We ordered a medium plain pizza with a side of sauce and tried the chicken fingers with buffalo sauce. The pizza was really good...loved the crust...and the chicken fingers were good...probably better if I ate them there. I can't wait to sit on the back patio in the sun eating pizza!“
