Not getting all of my order via Grub Hub or Door Dash. The problem can be solved if there are multiple bags, staple them together as one package. Delivery drivers just grab and go. When they deliver they have multiple orders going to multiple households, from multiple eateries. They quickly grab the bag from their vehicle and run to the door with it. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers... Pretty simple right? Buns were hard, cheese not even warm, much less melted, shake machine was "down". This was at 5-6 oclock, on a thursday afternoon... Sad quailty, sad BK, I definitely won't be visiting this particular location again. They knew the buns were hard when they made the burger... But who cares right? Wrap it up, put it in the bag, and hand it out! Lucky i was already on the highway, before I opened one.
