I love Rita's. The servings are good and the prices reasonable. However, this location has limited parking. Difficult to get in and out. They don't secure their umbrellas well. A stiff wind pulled one out of a table and hit my fiance. Not their fault, but maybe it could have been prevented. Regardless, I would definitely return and recommend it.

I believe her name tag said Hannah, but overall I had a splendid experience at this great establishment. She serve me and all my needs while keeping a big o'l smile on her face. My small ice was chilled to perfection and I tasted every inch of blueberrie goodness!!!!

I’ve been visiting this Rita’s since I moved to Dunmore a few years ago, though I must admit, while recovering from my tonsillectomy, I’ve probably been to this location more in the past two weeks than I have been since I moved here.I felt it necessary to share that I came by tonight (08/11/22) and was greeted by the same associate that has been there every night I’ve visited around 7p this summer. She always has a smile on her face and is always so kind to me. I typed on my phone that I have lost my voice since my surgery, and asked if I could give my order this way (by typing it out). She was incredibly patient and accommodating while waiting on me and even wished me well in my recovery. Having her encouragement made me feel a lot better today and I appreciate it more than she might ever know!I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location, especially since they always have the best selection of flavors, but really, what makes my experience the best here, is how heartfelt the associates always are — especially this one.Thank you again for being so kind and accommodating for your customers! ❤️ Simple acts like this go such a long way. It’s my hope that this message finds its way to her and I regret never getting the chance to catch her name.

Great Soft Serve and Italian Ice but definitely on the pricy side for soft serve with a waffle cone. Definitely worth the money either way.

Place is clean. Prices a little high ; but in ways to other places I have been at, the amount of ice cream was worth it. Parking is very limited and very complicated to move in and out. When you see 10 people there is probably why many people keep driving on by.
