I used to get ice cream here all the time. The flavors rotate, but I've noticed limited flavors and a whole lot of candy. The Limerick location has a larger variety and better choices. The ice cream is expensive, so hopefully the variety of flavors will improve for this location.

The people are fantastic, and the flavors are delicious! We stop here every time we visit PA.
Came in here multiple times throughout the year and saw only one employee. Normally it was some poor kid. Some days there would be very large lines with long waits due to their only being one person. Management should NOT be leaving one kid alone all day to manage the place. Honestly the ice cream is 5 star worthy but the Management does not deserve the support. I am disgusted with how this company seeming treats their staff.

A few nights ago, I pulled in at 8:02pm - the lights were on but the 2 guys inside were cleaning up. They were so kind and opened to window for my order anyway - you guys are AWESOME:) Thank you!

The slowest workers in the entire county. Took 15 minutes to give me two scoops of ice cream. Unless you want to get frustrated by the slowest workforce and stand in line for 15 mins( you are the only one in line btw), DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Buy ice cream at the grocery store. Never coming back here again!

My personal fav! The staff are always very friendly and accomodating though id prefer to eat indoors. The variety of flavors keep me bringing back to try different things. To anyone reading this i recommend Graham Central Station!

I wouldn’t say the young lady was the friendliest nor was the ice cream to die for, plus limited toppings even compared to frozen yogurt. But there’s a nice seating area.
We have been going to Bruster’s for 18 yrs starting in SC. We paid $8.39 for banana split and it didn’t have strawberry sauce or the pretzel rod on it. With the sky rocketing prices and now missing components with all the competitors that opened in the past few years we’ll be making a switch.

How does this place have so many stars? The ice cream tastes watered down and flavorless. Three of us went to get ice cream here and they managed to mess up all three of our orders. They didn't have napkins either. We only went here because Zwahlen's was closed on a Sunday. Don't bother going here, go to Zwahlen's or get ice cream from the grocery store instead

Very disappointed used to come here weekly no complaints, today I brought my hubby for Father's Day asked for dish of chocolate ice cream with extra extra extra peanut butter sauce and whipped cream. I have no problem paying for peanut butter x3 in fact I assume I did however my order came out and the was one small drizzle of peanut butter on top of the whipped cream not even on top of the ice cream. When you are a paying customer you should be able to get exactly what you ask for.

Just left from getting ice cream. We go here very often as a treat for my family and I. Keep in mind, going out for ice cream these days isn’t cheap. Tonight I ordered a Blast. Telling them 2-3 times I wanted chocolate ice cream and not vanilla. My order comes out and I noticed right away it was vanilla ice cream. I neverrr complain about anything, but I really dislike vanilla ice cream. I told him about the mistake and he apologized. No big deal! 1 minute later he comes back and gives me my blast. Wow… that was quick. I get back into the truck and was disappointed. Rather than remaking my blast with chocolate ice cream, he thought I wouldn’t notice that he put chocolate syrup in it and mixed it up. There is a huge taste difference and I know my chocolate ice cream. Instead of making me a new blast, he put a bandaid on the mistake thinking I wouldn’t notice. There was also little to no candy in the blast. Very disappointed and will go to take my business elsewhere to Dairy Queen for now. $23 for 2 milkshakes and a Blast that wasn’t properly corrected is not okay. On top of it, they weren’t even too busy so that can’t be used as an excuse. I should’ve corrected him again… but had my baby in the car.
