“The Village Cafe was the perfect venue for our catered event, a 60th Birthday Party with a "Picnic" theme, and Open Mic music, for 90 people. Bill Baird and his staff did an exceptional job preparing and displaying the food beautifully. They truly raise food prep to an art form, and the guests expressed over and over to me how good everything tasted, especially the chicken. The cake was a wonderfully dense and very flavorful pound cake, with delicious butter cream icing, and Bill worked with me to achieve my unique decoration request. He and his staff were professional and gracious. The Facilities staff was also very gracious and attentive, meeting all of our needs. The Audio Tech was professional and worked well with the performers, and mixed sound for the variety of acts with skill, creating a pleasant atmosphere. This unique venue and it's wide menu options lend themselves well to any event from casual to formal, and I highly recommend them to any host.“

“It has taken me over 12 years to finally walk in this space, thanks to some friends. Parking lot is deceivingly larger than anticipated. Scored a spot right in front. The space inside is on the smaller side, so anticipate a wait if you don't show up before 9am. Service very friendly and they are quick to serve you. Their coffee was solid. They have a nice tea selection, so be sure to ask what they have or they will serve you up something more pedestrian. A few specials always posted on the board. I had their homemade hash omelet and it was cooked perfectly. Not too brown and cooked throughout. Their toast is LeBus (sp?), so it was 2 pieces of very thick rye bread. I absolutely loved it. Their breakfast potatoes are very small nuggets with no onions. A bit boring if I'm being honest, but mixed well with the eggs and ketchup for me. I will look forward to trying more menu items in the near future. Hidden gem.“

“Love this cafe!! My go to order is a cappuccino with oatmilk, sweet ricotta toast, and avocado ricotta toast. The toasts are always done really great-- bread is soft, ricotta is creamy, both avocado and fruit are so delicious. Everything is made with care. Space is great to catch up with friends or do some work. Highly recommend!!“

“I was walking down conshy and I saw this cafe I never been to and decided to went in. The atmosphere was super cute and the owner is very sweet and recommended the brown sugar boba for me. They had tons of pastry and I couldn’t help but to get a few and try their avocado toast! Everything was delicious and definitely coming back. “

I chose the creamy mushroom soup to which he gave me a smiling nod. I chose a delicious flatbread to go with it. The combination was absolutely delicious the service was great. You can always count on gluten-free Vegan selections, as Arnold is very serious about clean food. With the place lacks an atmosphere it makes up for in tasty offerings. “On our way out to the healing wall in Collegeville we stopped at this little hole in the wall for breakfast. It was a good pick. The food was awesome and staff very friendly. I got this dish called the Down South Homie. Homefries covered with pulled pork with BBQ sauce, provolone cheese, 2 over medium eggs and I added hot sauce. All I can say is OMG. Pricing is not bad either“

“Family owned and operated. It's a great hidden breakfast place. Hidden because if you're not from the area, it is hard to locate. Located behind the old Maccaroon Factory in the East end of Norristown on Ridge Pk. Once located, there is a great breakfast and lunch menu to choose from. There is an upper room that accommodates large groups.“

“We love Pour Richard's for many different reasons. Their coffee selection is HUGE and delicious. If you've never had anything from PR...try a different blend every day you go. It's worth it! I'm very excited for a retail option to be able to buy their pastries, since normally you can only get them at farmers markets. Aside from the fact that everything is delicious, their mission is outstanding. The space is beautiful and in a great location. I'm hoping they will stay busy for years to come. As this is still a new operation, please arrive with extra patience. It seems they are still working out some kinks. I arrived around noon and most things were sold out, but I wasn't too upset because I was still able to get a cold brew. “We've become regulars and we aren't regulars anywhere! We've found a spot we love so we go back as often as we can. The food is great and somewhat creative. Not just your standard diner fare. They have many options. We've brought tons of guests here and all have loved it too! In the beginning, some hiccups with service, which is quite normal for a new and BUSY spot. I would love them to have more high chairs! But no complaints otherwise. Service is always attentive and incredibly friendly. On a Sunday around 11, there is usually some wait. But got there a little earlier today and there were plenty of tables! We always get street parking too. This location is inside the KOP mall for that midday retail therapy and the food court for some food that the cafe may not carry. “My husband and I went on December 7th, for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. My husband is a Marine, bonus points for the lovely lady helping us, knowing it was the Anniversary of Pearl Harbor ❤️. She was so kind and helpful, the food is delicious, from the ham an brie sandwich, to the ginger molasses cookies, the pumpkin bundt cake, the creamy little pastries she recommended, but I forget the name. absolutely delicious and amazing ❤️❤️“

“Nook & Kranny is the place to go. Who doesn't love a breakfast nook and the kranny's are like Grammy's... heartwarming and prepared with love. This little eatery is a hidden gem. Every coffee mug is different and quite literally might have been owned by your grandmother. The food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is inviting and delightful. “My coffee spot deserves 5 stars because it's a mission centered business. It's associated with Camphill Village, and is therefore inclusive in its hiring of staff, has a vegetarian menu, and sources locally. The baristas are friendly and make an effort to get to know you if you are a regular. Yes, it may take a while for a latte if it's busy and they have to follow food safety standards when heating up breakfast sandwiches (which takes time and they let you know when you order). I am ok with that because the money you spend here is staying locally and supporting a non-profit.“

“Today was my first time trying this place and it was absolute food heaven. I got the pineapple banana kale smoothie, the hummus avocado wrap and the gluten free chocolate chip banana bread. All three items are must-trys if you go. They were so fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming and the prices were affordable. I have spent similar amounts at Wawa and Chipotle. The difference was today I felt like I did something healthy and nice for myself.“

The ambiance was so nice! we enjoyed easily being able to connect to the speaker for some music, we enjoyed our takeout, and we played a little game with our remaining time. our party included parents and 4 teens, and we all enjoyed it- felt like a special way to enter the holiday season!“
