I ordered a pizza and parm bites through the app at 4:34pm. An hour and a half went by and my order tracker still said "prepping". I see the tracker update to "quality check" at 5:27pm. After an hour of "quality checking" my pizza I decide to call. I waited on hold for 8 mins and finally gave up and hung up the phone. I receive a text at 6:34pm that the driver left the store and was on the way. At 6:56pm I get a text that the driver entered my neighborhood. At 7:12pm I still don't see the driver or hear anything. I'm constantly checking outside and there's nothing. I call the store and get ahold of someone and i told them what was going on and said that it had almost be 3 hours since i ordered and wanted to know what was going on. Not once did this lady apologize or have any sympathy. All she kept saying was it's on the way. At 7:30pm I get a text saying my order was delivered. I never got my food! I called dominos back and once again couldn't get ahold of anyone. Thank god my credit card let me dispute the charge. I will never ever order from this location again! Worst customer service ever and took 3 hours for absolutely nothing. Do not order from this location! If you want dominos go to another location.

Please , I plead , run this poor excuse of a dominos out of business so that something with a shred of business sense can go up in its place. What a shame, that a newer facility is ran so poorly. 1 hour waiting for an online order, then 30 minutes on hold , then I drove to the store to be told we can not tell you when you order will be completed. I asked "maybe a hour?" He said " when we get to it". I can not believe this is real life. I love dominos ! But this place is a joke and the "manager" is not worth a $5 and hour job shoveling garbage. Well at least he said he was the manager, a little hard to believe. Order placed on May 22, 2021. 8pm. If the real manager is reading this.... do better, and don't hire incapable employees... for the sake of our town. Love , Your neighbor.

This is the worst Dominos I have ever ate from. I should've known not to order from here. From the moment the gentleman answered the phone he was unprofessional, had a defiant demeanor and seemed annoyed when I said I was looking to place an order for delivery. He then tells me to hold on but never pushed hold just put the phone down and was talking about personal stuff for so long that I had to hang up and call back. Received my food just for it to be cold and NOT fully cooked. When I called BACK for the third time to tell them the food was NOT FULLY Cooked the gentleman says what it was placed in the oven and that's all he could tell me, had a very nasty tone. I will never order from this place again if I have to drive 6-7 to 10 miles down the road for a Dominos that's what I'll do before I order from here again. It's a shame because they're fairly new in the area and I'm sure the neighbors and excited for to have a Domino's in the area, But I will make sure that I inform the community how horrible this Domino's has been at 2 N. Park Ave.

She insulted me and asked me "what are you doing that's so exciting on a Saturday night!?" Called In before they closed took a screen shot of the call she insisted i was wrong. (Delivery story)This place sucks they couldn't find my house and then drove around in the parking lot for 15 min when I was standing out side the door. Then when he finally made it to the door, he gave me my food and then asked me for a better tip. Here's a tip, learn how to do your job as a delivery driver. Other then that the food was okay.
I would give zero stairs if that was possible! On 10/20/18, a coworker and I decided to use a free pizza reward (and planned to order additional items). The dominos app stated that the stores were closed, but it was after the opening time. We decided to call instead. A young man answered the phone and said he had no idea why the app was not working and that it must just be "slower than the stores". He repeatedly said he was unsure how to properly use the cash register and had to take breaks in the call to ask for help (no problem, yet). Eventually, after he began being very rude, I asked his manager's name and if we could speak to him or her. He reported that John was his manager and he would not be in today and would not tell me when he would be in. He said "Miss your attitude will get you nowhere". He presumed to hang up on me but never hang up the phone. He proceeded to call me and my friend "fucking bitches" and speak in a degrading manner about us, all while we could hear. This went on for ten minutes! He said "this is not pizza hut. Dumb bitches try and get your free pizza". We could hear his female coworker speaking as well. He said horribly rude things and should not be working in customer service, especially because it was beyond evident he did not know how to do a majority of his job. I reached out to corporate and am waiting for a response. I will NEVER utilize this location again and sincerely hope this rude employee is terminated. Customer service is challenging, but I was simply polite and asking questions. Perhaps he should find a warehouse position or somewhere where he is not expected to deal with customers. Sadly disappointed. Later found out his name is David.

The delivery here is terrible. Took over an hour and the guy had to call me 3 times to find my house. I literally saw him drive by my (well marked) driveway twice.

The total time from order until delivery was 55 minutes. Not super terrible, but it was promised between 30-40 minutes, so not good, either. The pizza was, not surprisingly, not as hot as you'd like, and a bit soggy. But otherwise, the pizza was made as we had ordered, just took longer than promised to receive it. May or may not order from this particular location again (I think that there is at least one other store in the area).

Walked in before midnight and they were very plesant and polite behind the counter. I was ordering off of the street to go and as I went to swipe, I was so surprised that the clerk reached over and hit NO TIP on the keypad before I could even begin to pay. This is unusual because I have grown used to having the crews at Domino's and Jersey Mikes tell me that I will "NEED TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS", which is the tip stuff. You are a jerk if you say no and I always do tip. So this was a welcome surprise not to feel pressured. The food was as good as the service. I would .return to this location.

So upset after a long hard day, I was exhausted and just wanted to have dinner delivered. Of course they didn't deliver the salad I ordered. Driver said he'd go back and get it then 40 minutes later I call. Well to get my salad delivered would take another 45 minutes to an hour. Really! You're talking eating dinner at 9:00. Not cool Dominos! Not cool! Never Dominos again!
