Try the falafel, harissa, and the chicken sandwhich. The owner, Justin, is very hands-on and cares a lot about his product and service to the people of Lancaster. I first went to the one on fruitville pike met Brock, then he got me excited telling me that his sister Becky & a few others opened one up in Rockvale outlets.. (which is closer to me) WHAT! “I order a lunch catering for a meeting and this was the first time that I saw my employees go back for 2nds and 3rds! I meant to take a picture but it disappeared before I had the chance. They offer delivery and arrived early with hot food. It was perfect portions. We had the Greek salad, gyro meat and chicken and the flavors were phenomenal! I wish we ordered from them sooner. “The best!! Buttttt coustomer service is not great! My niece is allergic to bananas, we made not in our file and was on our receipt but as we were waiting for our order and we got our order they told us they didn’t know which one had banana and that we would have to figure it out for ourselves… WHAT? …. I didn’t say that I didn’t like banana I’m saying that she’ll have an allergic reaction to banana. This is not about what she wants versus what she can have. There was no extra graces or caution in anyway when it came to the situation. I just spent $13 on A smoothie that my niece cannot drink. … When I asked for them to make me another one without banana they told me that they were busy and had a line the little girl did not know what to do so I was pretty much just pushed to the side. I think that these people should be trained a little better on these things just my opinion people have allergic reactions to different fruit and you need to be more cautious especially when you put it in to a persons profile.“
