So, I'm pretty disappointed. I had been telling my son about this restaurant for quite a while. Today, walked into the restaurant and the owner did not even say hello after I greated him. The woman working there seemed to be angry. Idk if they had a tiff with each other, but it should not spill over. The young man serving was very pleasant and helpful. First, why would the price for oxtails say $21.95 when they're actually $27. They are listed to take coupons from restaurant.com, but said they were no longer participating. If the owner can't be pleasant, he should not have my money. I will not be returning

Food is amazing, I'm always pleased with the service and flavor, lots of quality control. I can always expect quality carribean cuisine when visiting. As the name say " just good food". That is what you'll get. Price Is very affordable. Energy is always good. I love the mother and daughter team. It's always great to work closely with family. Shout out to the chef in the kitchen who's behind the curtain. Keep doing yall thing. I'm raising kids on this food right here.

Big shout out thank you for staying open a little bit longer allowing me to get my food delivered! Sometimes it's a little things that make a big deal and this is one of those times.Got a recommendation from the hotel staff that this was one of the better places in town to get some island soul food. I agree. I'm a big fan of this food and tonight's meal was terrific.I ordered the oxtail. The oxtail sits on a bed of rice accompanied by a mixed medley of vegetables and some poutine. The ox was fall off the bone delicious. I wish there was more of it. The rice was plentiful, almost too much? But absolutely delicious. The mix medley vegetables were spot on delicious. If you're looking to give this style of food a try start here and you'll forever be a fan.

The smell of mildew hit me in the face when I walked into the dank and dark place, had to ring a bell to get service, but it still took a while, and the woman greeting/serving me was not only NOT happy to see me, she appeared highly annoyed to have customers. I only wanted a side order of plantains, and they would've gotten one star if not for them being pretty good.

I was in the mood for Jamaican food and found this spot while I was in PA. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and there is no indoor seating. I ordered with a nice lady. I ordered the brown stew red snapper with rice and peas and cabbage. It was ready in about 5 to 10 minutes. When it was done I paid and left. When I got in I dug in and the food looked so good. It tasted as good as it looked. The red snapper was so tasty and I loved the cabbage. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.

I've ordered food from here quite a few times and its always so good! I'd definitely recommend this as the best carribean in east stroudsburg. The j*** chicken never disappoints!
