Shout out to the lady that worked in the that location "Shandelle"I asked for her name because she was such beautiful soul..She helped my kids to receive the best service ..even she was taking her dinner/break & I didn't want to bother her nor ask her to help.she went out of her way and helped my kids to get the service that they deserved , she made my kids's days .Thank you so much.
I hate writing bad reviews when there's good staff at this location. However, there's only one crew that gets my order right here every time. When we modify an item when other staff is there, we receive it incorrectly. It happened again today and we shouldn't have to check each individual item before we go home. While there I also asked for a sweet and sour sauce because I like to dip my burger in it. I was asked to pay for it because I didn't get chicken nuggets. The guy before...read full review

Management is rude and smokes near entry door. No one greets you at the counter - even if they look at you ! You have to go out your way to get their attention. Also, several times I have asked for extra diced onions on my hamburger and have gotten raw cold onions :( yuck.
