Had a horrible experience today. Order was completely fouled up when placed, had to completely re-order then wait for food. Still missing some food and my Reuben sandwich was nothing but fat and so disgusting it went right in the garbage!

Discusting sausce all over the bag and wrappers getting all over anyone who touches the bag or the sandwich wrapper. Yall need to wash your hands before making the food it is absolutely discusting of you to serve food like this and call it fine. Never will return again.

I was the only one in line at the drive up. Greeted with "can you give me a minute?" Sure no problem. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal with crinkle fries. Grabbed the sandwich from the bag and the entire sandwich fell out if the wrapper so I put it back together. The chicken was cold! And NOT crispy at all. It literally turned my stomach. Moved onto Fries. Barely warm and no salt what so ever. The best thing about my wasted $11 lunch was the Sprite. I rarely eat fast food and this was just unacceptable all the way around.

We made our own atmosphere bc the store was empty. Cashier was really nice !! Food was cold, 3 sliders, fries and an order of mozzy aticks.

Went in at 8:20 today to grab dinner and go to sit down with our baby and get told by staff that they are only doing take out yet sign on door says “dine in: 10pm”. We left without ordering.

If I could give a no stars review I would! Messed up the order for 1 combo meal. Horrible customer service skills at the window. She was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced by a request for Arby's sauce (god forbid). Such a horrible attitude to have as the face of a business.
