We have our monthly team meeting and the Bagelsmith is our go to for our breakfast. This morning I went there to hand in our order of 14 bagel sandwiches. As soon as I walked in they approached me and automatically said that cannot assist me. She said she already has a big order and won't be able to make ours. We've been using them for a couple of years now faithfully, once a month. I left there and went to NEW YORK BAGELS & DELI. They assisted me right away, no questions asked. They also mentioned to me that they have a HUGE order for 6am that morning, 260 bagel sandwiches, not 30! Needless to say that The Bagelsmith lost a valuable customer and will NEVER set foot in there again. Customer service is the worst. Highly recommend NEW YORK BAGELS AND DELI! Bye bye Bagelsmith! Hope your holiday order for 30 bagel sandwiches takes the place of our MONTHLY order!

I've worked in a bagel place before and Before you take Big orders you always serve the people that got there first, that took the tim out of their day to stop by. Bad service. Refunded a bagel with cream cheese and bacon... really??? Not saying this place sucks, but service means something too.

Waited over 40 minutes for 2 bagel and egg sandwiches to-go. I was the only person in line when I got there; however, there were several seated tables. I never actually received my order because I had to cancel the order due to running late (after the unexpected long wait) for an appointment. When I apologized and asked to cancel + refund, the cook in the kitchen made loud rude remarks through the food pass window. Needless to say, I was happy to get out of there :(Maybe we will give it a try again because we want a good bagel place nearby, but it was a tough first experience.

Wow ,disappointed , 20 min for 1 toasted bagel, and 1 bagel breakfast sandwich ! Very slow and unorganized. Although the employee who took our order was pleasant she could see our frustration and when asked the kitchen how much longer, they said they were melting the cheese , and that took another 5 min. ☹️

Usually don't complain but feel I have to here for their pricing. Breakfast this morning was almost $17.00 for one person that consisted of two scrambled eggs, potatoes, bagel, bacon and a coffee with one refill. Questioned bill because I thought it was incorrect and was told there was a price increase. Beware if you order bacon (or I assume another meat) that is an add-on to the menu order of eggs, potatoes and bagel because it will cost you an additional almost $5.00. In addition, If you get a second cup of coffee it will be an additional $2.50 (total $5.00 for 2 cups). What do you think? I know I won't be going back for breakfast.
We love being here very cleaned place the food is amazing the people are very nice!! Nice waitresses love Linsy she is on point everytime with our food!! Thank you Bagel Smith beautyfull employeess!!

Good service, but do not come here if you are in a rush. Not busy at all and it took close to 25 minutes to get a bagel and egg sandwich. I wasn't the only one- guy was waiting forever for a to go order. However, the sandwich was perfect. Maybe not worth the wait but it was tasty!

Ordered my sandwhich well done, came out barely done, cheese was not melted and when i asked to have it redone, it was put in the microwave and brought out to me soggy. will not be coming back here again.

The staff is pleasant, I was greeted in a fair amount of time. This place is self seating. I ordered the special because I was not offered a menu. The special I ordered was bacon, spinach, tomato and your choice of cheese omelet with toast. There is a wait on food because they cook per order(which is fine). The food presentation was good and hot. The food was good. When I was eating I noticed a strand of hair in my home fries. I explained to the wait staff about the hair. No one acknowledged the hair in the food. I am very disappointed. My advice is to look at your food when you are eating at this establishment.
