Worst experience I've had here. 2 meals came out and then had to wait forever for the 3rd one. Firstv2 were really hot and the 3rd was hardly warm. Was never asked how things were. Was just brought the bill and never asked if we wanted anything else. Very unfriendly wait staff.

Our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Easton was not satisfactory. From the beginning, the bar waitress gave us the impression that we were a nuisance. He informed us that we could only order drinks, and when we expressed interest in ordering some food, his attitude clearly reflected his displeasure.Despite being aware that the waiters are close to their check-out time and may be anxious to go home, we expected friendly and professional service. When we tried to order another cocktail, we were denied without explanation, even though there were still 40 minutes before closing.Later, a girl from the restaurant approached our table offering us chics and salsa, which we assumed was courtesy of the house and accepted. However, they quickly informed us that they were from the neighboring table, we did not take them.The problem culminated when we received a different order of wings than the wings we had ordered. Although we tried to alert our waitress, it was difficult to get her attention, and when we finally did, her response was abrupt and unhelpful. The situation became even more awkward when the person at the neighboring table reacted aggressively, implying that we were trying to steal food from him.This woman talked for more than 5 minutes about how it was impossible that we had not realized that this was not our food, as if we worked there.To make matters worse, we noticed how the kitchen staff started talking about us in an unprofessional and derogatory manner.All in all, our visit to Easton's Buffalo Wild Wings was a disappointing and frustrating experience. We do not plan to return and cannot recommend this place to others.

Worse dinner I ever had. My gf and I went to dinner. She received her dinner and 15 mins later after she was finished eating already I received half my dinner. Then another 10 mins later after I was done eating I received my fries I ordered. Worse place to go the wings I got had no sauce on them even tho I ordered them woth sauce. This place was a joke. And the best part was there was only 5 other couples in there at 9pm at night so it wasn't busy.

No one at the desk to seat us ,so we walk up to a server and ask if we can just sit somewhere and she says yes and then sat there for almost 20 minutes and none came up to us to see if we were being helped. Not the first time the service was bad here.4/16/24 7:00pm.

BWW right now is one of those places that doesn’t get too packed on Saturdays. Unlike Ruby Tuesday, however, it’s still actually enjoyable. The prices are also not that unreasonable either especially for wings nowadays.Their wings are crispy, the sauce is perfect, and the fries and ranch are excellent too. They take longer than you’d hope to prepare orders but that’s my only complaint. We’re happy to get food from BWW!Parking: This is in a more obnoxiously-crowded area of Easton but not a lot of people go here so there should be a decent amount of parking nearby if not in the parking lot.

This place used to be pretty good, but it's gone so far downhill. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I essentially received a milanese style piece of chicken (small and flat) with minimal sauce on some cabbage. Also the fries were cold. You're far better off skipping this place and just opting for the consistency of Chick-fil-A.Edit: Management should update their canned response to negative reviews as there isn't even an "Orders and Visits" area on the webpage you referenced. Additionally, you know what the issue is as many people have been giving detailed poor reviews for quite a while. There's no need for me to waste more of my time privately reporting your shortcomings so that you can take no action on it and continue to fleece people out of their hard earned money.

first time at BWW, was denied a booth, but then sits 2 feet away from the booth, all the booths had the same kind of people, I felt super discriminated, so me and my wife just walked out. Laura The kitchen manager turns to me and says that I said a racist remark ,first of all I was discriminated against , I told her is my first time here and I asked for booth which was denied like I stated at the beginning of this review, I told her I will make a complaint to corporate, and she said they will not care because I made a racist comment, And she hung up the. phone on me, I’m sure corporate will believe her, but there are people who have hidden agendas and are out to just make people feel bad.

I had an order set for 10:20 pick up, i waited here for an hour before someone finally came out and asked if we had an order for pick up. While sitting here for an hour i had multiple workers walk right by me and never ask me a single question. Not if i was waiting or anything at all, i had multiple workers walk right past me look at me and continue on there way doing nothing. I then called the store multiple times to see if someone would come to the front desk and pick it up. The workers watched through the glass and peaked through the door multiple times not doing a thing. As soon as the phone hung up they walked back in the kitchen and did absolutely nothing. After waiting almost an hour after finally someone came to ask me if i had an order, they went into the kitchen never had the order even made nor the receipt printed to make the food. While also sitting here while multiple workers walked by they all gave looks and i am absolutely disgusted with the service here. Its atrocious and the fact i had to wait an hour plus for food and turns out it was never made is horrible. The fact it took an hour and a half just for my food to get done after pick up was supposed to be at 10:20 is ridiculous. The food is always delicious from here but your staff and customer service is horrible. You desperately need to fix this or do something about it.
