This chipotle is so bad. So bad. LONG lines. They’re ALWAYS out of something. Last time it was the fajitas veggies (asked if they were putting more out, guy just says “no.”) This time barely any chicken left, and all the proteins were low. Portion sizes always vary. I get that different people make your bowls each time, but there has to be a little training to keep some consistency. Why was my bowl today 90% rice and 10% toppings?

Every time i come here the place is always messy, the staff is always miserable and have a nasty attitude. and honestly out the 8 times i’ve been here in the last 4 weeks they are always running out of chips, rice, proteins, sour cream or even ice and forks. i’m a general manager for a fast food place and we never run out of anything especially when my store still has a dinner rush and 4 hours left til closing. it’s just unacceptable to be running out of food when it’s not even the last hour and you have a line out the door. it ruins the experience not only for myself but for the rest of the customers and it’s just frustrating because every time i come in i’m happy to get my meal and then they hit me with the “oh we’re out of xxxx” move further down the line “yeah we’re also out of yyyy”

Hands down the worst burrito I have ever had.I ordered for pickup at 12:40, and waited until 1:05 until I was given my food. The reason given was that they were waiting for steak. I was a bit miffed, but it happens.However, when I actually came to eat my buritto it had all of 3 pieces of steak in it, and was crammed with rice.I have never had a problem with Chipotle, but will never return to the location. The worst I have been too by a mile.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! This location is the absolute worst! Yesterday around 4pm after waiting in line for about 15 minutes I began ordering my food, after choosing my rice and beans they tell me they’re out of chicken, fajita veggies, and Queso. I asked were they out of stock and she said no they just need to make some, this was unacceptable for a Monday evening. Customers like myself driving 20minutes for dinner should have the satisfaction of receiving a great meal with consistent quality ingredients.With Grace I said I’ll come back after I get my children settled in from school. Fast forward to 8:15 pm I drive another 20 minutes wait in line once again for her to tell me they’re out of chicken, and fajita veggies. She proceeded to say the person that works the grill is on break.There’s piles of trays stacked up behind her, and 3 other employees just walking around. The lady taking orders was making herself a taco and licking her fingers after taking the last of the chicken.She then went over to the side where they prepare mobile orders and scraped the little bit of servings out of that pan to the trays in front. It was awful. Not even enough to fulfill my family’s order.I asked why aren’t they providing quality service to their customers she shrugged her shoulders whispered sorry and began laughing with her coworker.After driving 20 minutes there and back twice yesterday I’ve decided I’d spend my money elsewhere, please believe me you should do the same!This location closes at 10 pm there’s no reason why the grill was down or off at 8:15. It was disgusting.

1 star is being kind.They always run out of the main ingredient like how do run out of rice and then don’t even season it, have no salsa no queso no chips. Not to mentioned how dirty and disgusting the place was. Trash was so overflowing that there was trash all over the floor. No ice. Drink area was a disaster and don’t even think about trying to find napkins they’re all empty and when you ask for them the employees sigh and then hand you a couple. All the tables were filthy.

This level of overcooking moved the dish from potentially savory to unequivocally inedible.In situations like these, I can't help but suggest that the staff take a moment to sample their own offerings. This simple quality check could prevent the serving of dishes that don't meet the brand's usually high standards. It's a small step that could greatly enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the integrity of their menu offerings.However, it's important to highlight that the staff at this Chipotle location were nothing short of polite and courteous throughout my visit. Their demeanor and professionalism were commendable, which makes it all the more disappointing that the food did not match up to the quality of the service.In conclusion, while the staff's politeness is a redeeming factor, the consistent quality issues at this Chipotle location cannot be overlooked. It's my hope that the management will address these concerns, allowing both the food and service to reflect the high standards that customers expect from the Chipotle brand.

I placed my order through the app. It was on time. However, there were none of their lemonades/limeade left and very little iced tea. No one seemed in a hurry to rectify this either. It was also dirty.

Time after time this place is a disappointment. Staff is all under 25 years old and I’m not sure if it’s due to a lack of training, or pure laziness, but they never do their job. Sometimes they are out of a protein or rice and others they are out of lettuce or cheese. Sometimes they don’t have lids, forks or even change. I’ve been to this “restaurant” many times and it always disappoints. Whether it’s a weekday at noon or a Friday night at 6:30 pm, avoid this specific store at all costs.

The food continues to be good. The service is terrible. Not one pleasant worker. All act as if they resent the customer. Like they are inconvenienced in having to serve. No smiles, no pleasant greeting etc. I will not come here again.

Walked in to find it was online payment only. That’s fine however we brought gift cards and the checkout option only displayed a credit card payment. There were four workers, why do you have online only as an option in the middle of the day on a Saturday? Saw at least 4 people walk in and walk out because of the poor business model. Food pretty good, people that work there seem a bit lazy and got my order wrong multiple times and you can definitely tell it hasn’t been cleaned.Parking: Very cramped spaces.

This chipotle is pretty good but they are a little inconsistent. About 25-30% of times either the order is incorrect, the chips are stale, the portions are small, and/or the food is not cooked correctly. But when the orders are done correctly, it is really good.
