While there was a team of seven workers behind the counter, I observed that only one individual was managing both food preparation and checkout duties. Which in turn had customers waiting for a ridiculous amount of time.

i never write bad reviews as a business owner, but this place is horrible. ive gotten sick twice from here now, the line was out the door with one person who didnt know what they were doing while everyone else was standing around. the smallest portions of food were given, they were out of half the food, and the price was insane not to mention the garbage over flowing drinks and liquid every where place is absolutely gross. chipotle used to be really good years its sad its come to what it is now.

Worst experience at a chipotle ever. The serving sizes were absolutely ridiculous and the service was terrible. I waited 30 mins for my bowl in the drive through even though it was already done. Someone needs to be working the drive through without having to make bowls. Such terrible service on 3/26 at 7 pm. I hope you reevaluate how you treat your customers.

Drive thru took 15 minutes till we got to the window and then had to wait another 5 minutes. Food was so skimpy. It was 2 bites gone. No utensils or napkins. Rude service.

Believe all of the ratings because they are low for a reason this is probably one of the worst locations in Pennsylvania. I’ve never been to a Chipotle that is so dirty, so unprofessional, never have fresh food. Be ready to wait one hour for your food. Do not even try ordering online. This place is an absolute mess and it’s going to end up getting closed down if they don’t fix something horrible 0/10.

Chipotle needs to find a way to not accept online orders when they have too many. Waiting over an hour for a burrito is crazy. I can’t believe their corporate office hasn’t figured out how to fix this. Such a shame because the food is decent.

This place is disgusting. Waited at the counter with no service, gangster rap is blasting in the prep area, food and debris covered the dining room floor. I'll take my business elsewhere.

One of the worst Chipotles I’ve been to. They were out of most things at 5pm and they close at 10. They didn’t even offer a wait until they make more. The place was a mess. And the staff seemed like they just did not care. There were two employees behind the counter not doing anything. When they could maybe be cooking or cleaning. Garbage in the tables, floors. Counters were gross. As I was ordered 2 bowls, I ordered a quesadilla and the girl told me I can only order the quesadilla from the app. They were not busy and I’m standing right here ordering. Why should I have to use the app.

The only thing that's half decent about this location is the food. Every time I come in here, the place is very dirty. Also, there are a few employees who could use a lesson in how customer service works. If someone says thank you, acknowledge them. I'm not one to leave a review but some of these people are straight up rude & this happens every time I go to this location. Please don't work in a restaurant if you're going to act like the last place you want to be is there. Will most likely go to the other Easton location from now on.

The dining and kitchen areas are always without fail filthy. Trash overflowing tables and chairs not clean floors not swept and littered with trash. Don't bother ordering online because yeah you'll get something but not what you paid for and not in a timely manner. Some of the staff is friendly but mostly openly miserable and unhelpful.

Do not order from here, especially through delivery. I ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas meat, and they crowded my bowl with sour cream and queso, i flipped it upside down and it seems like they overdid the toppings because there were only 3 small chunks (not even) of meat. I’m glad I got a full refund from grubhub. I would never pay for something like that.
