Tim just catered our wedding of 130 and it was absolutely amazing. The entire crew was at the wedding location early in the morning to set up the smoker. The food was so incredibly fresh and delicious. The bourbon chicken is certainly a stand out, my lord!!! Tim and his staff were incredibly professional. Tim was in constant communication to ensure we had everything covered - it was much appreciated on such a hectic day. Tim and Cody from Clam Jam did an AMAZING job for my son’s first birthday bbq. I am still getting compliments on the food days after our party. Everything was DELICIOUS and FRESH. Tim is great with communicating, is friendly, conscientious, his prices are fair, but most importantly his food is YUM! They set everything up and cleaned up flawlessly. I can’t endorse them enough. Our company used Clam Jam BBQ to cater a work event. Words can not describe how good the food was, 5 stars does not do it justice! Tim and his daughter were great. There was more than enough food and the service was amazing. Tim showed his dedication by starting preparing the food at 2am! Everyone raved about how good the food was and even took business cards. We will definitely we using Clam Jam BBQ again!

Clam Jam did a boil for us yesterday and it was a huge success! Tim and Gianna are awesome and let us know what was going on at every step, and made sure we were ready to go. They set everything up and cleaned everything up. Food was delicious and so much! We had a ton of leftovers. Even after everyone had seconds! Best part was that I could relax and enjoy the party because I knew Tim had it under control. If you want something special and fun for your next party try Clam Jam. I highly recommend.

My wife and I hired Clam Jam for our wedding of approximately 125 people. Tim and his crew were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The food was phenomenal! Every dish they served was raved about by our guests, particularly the bourbon chicken and cornbread! Not only the food, but the professionalism and polite service that Tim and each member of his crew showed throughout the entire night was outstanding. Between Tim’s calming demeanor and ability to problem solve on the fly (like making coffee off site when the coffee pots blew the main generator to our tent) to his crew ensuring that me and my wife were happy and fed and carefree the entire night… I cannot recommend Tim and his crew enough! Incredible food and top tier service! An absolutely fantastic catering service!
