I expected a good burger and my roll was hard around edges. I know from experience ... They were freezer burned. I expected more from five guys!

Nice big greeting when we walked in the door. Took my gluten allergy seriously. Burgers and fries delicious. Was able to dine in but there are only about 5 tables available to sit at. Hope to have a Five Guys closer to home one day as this location is a bit of a drive.

Poor Service! Rude Associate! Incorrect order!

Sara has been extremely accommodating and super pleasant during a terribly stressful time. In addition to quality food, this extra service was well worth our money spent. Go to Five Guys Nazareth!! You won’t be disappointed.

Okay where do I start. I love this place.mainly there fries. Definitely a toss up between here and smash burger. But I got my typical double with bacon fried onions and ketchup. So I saw they had a bacon shake.and I love bacon so I got it.but I was disappointed. It was just a vanilla shake with dried little pieces of bacon. Definitely would not order it again.

Prices are high food is not worth that price. $6.75 for large fries is ridiculous because when this establishment opened quantities were more. The burgers are over priced. No plan to return.

Extremely clean establishment. Friendly staff. It is pricey, however, you get what you pay for and the burgers are delicious.

Do not order online! Ordered 3 burgers online tonight and went there to pick them up. Can't really check the burgers while there, so you have to wait to you get home. One burger was missing onions and mushrooms. It had ketchup, which wasn't asked for. The second one was missing bacon and mushrooms. Only the third one was right. When spending $40 for burgers and fries, the order should be right. It's not that hard to follow the printed receipt, yet this place can't get it right. I don't seem to have this problem when eating in. I sometimes wonder if they do this on purpose since no one wants to drive back to complain.

Used to be pretty good....note past tense. Stopped for takeout after a long day expecting to grab a few good burgers, maybe a little more pricey than standard fast food, but 4 burgers (2 were "little") and 1 fries=$40? Then I stood there for 45 minutes while other family members waited out in the car-they probably thought I had become an entree or run away after so long! There are any number of places to eat within sight of this place that we could have gone to, been seated & served in the same time for the same price. The burgers were fine, but the fries were soggy, cold, (we drove less than 5 miles) and greasy-tasted like "time to strain the oil"! Too many other options to waste my time & $ again

My go to is the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, ketchup, grilled onions, and pickles. It is delicious. I always go in thinking I need a big burger but in reality the little burger would have been more than enough for me. I think their prices are a little high since you can get basically the same thing at any fast food joint for much cheaper and they don't have anything special like restaurants normally do. I have been to a few Five Guys locations and I did notice that this one took longer to prepare the food than usual, but I also went on a busy day.

Let me start by saying I love Five Guys. I've eaten in them all over the East coast. What is going on in Easton? Last night was the first time I've ever been really disappointed. First off the wait was ridiculous. If they are jammed I understand having to wait. That was not the case. When we got the food it was terrible! The fries were lukewarm at best, greasy and very dark in color. The burger was so well done it was crunchy. The bacon was hard as a rock and was inedible. The buns tasted stale and dry. This is the first time I've received a burger where the cheese wasn't even melted. We were more than dissatisfied. If we hadn't waited so long I would have complained but at that point we were already late. Next time we will eat elsewhere.

This location has lost my business for the foreseeable future. I am shocked at the lack of urgency and how long the food takes to prepare. In person my last visit took over 30 minutes to make our food, so next visit I ordered ahead on the FiveGuys app and still had to wait 20minutes when I arrived! Now twice on Grubhub the food has been over 40 minutes past the expected delivery and its not Grubhub! App shows food started at 7:20 when we ordered at 7:10 and it's now 8:22pm! I travel and eat at fiveguys a lot but you have lost my business and I will be actively sharing my experience with friends and family. Not all locations are this bad, management, organization and urgency are appalling terrible at this location.

Love Five guys but not this location! They take forever to prepare your food. Ordered on GrubHub as well and they had the GrubHub guy waiting for 30mintues!

Terrible service. Food takes forever to make and the staff is oblivious to unhappy customers and timely preparation. Avoid this location unless you have two hours to spare and want to eat peanuts for your meal.

I have been a big fan of Five Guys and this location does not dissapoint. The burgers are fresh and the fries are always perfect. My goto is a bacon cheeseburger, "All the Way" with fresh jalepenos. My girls love there cheeseburgers and think the fries are the best. We have taken out and eaten in over 10 times and they are always consistent. Definitely recommend if you are in the mood for something fast, fresh and tasty.
