This place is truly a gem in Easton. Totally unassuming kind of place. I have some Colombian friends and we lean towards Latin based restaurants. The first time we came to Las Delicias we knew we were hooked.The menu has traditional Colombian fare, including street food, dessert, and coffees. They bake wonderful bread and pastries in-house too!The service is extremely hospitable, friendly and welcoming to all types of people.The food quality feels home cooked with love and great portions. This is likely the best Colombian restaurant in the ABE area.The soups are to die for, and according to my friends all the flavors of this restaurant are very authentic.We have returned nearly twice a week for a few months and will keep coming back.The interior is clean but a little small, only a few tables are available. During the lunch hour it might be difficult to get a table as it tends to get very busy even on weekdays.We have never had a problem getting a table, but usually we are taking the last table available.Definitely a must try, you won't regret it.
