I dinned in last night, about an hour and a half before closing. The only reason I rated 4 stars was because the food was made perfectly so shout out to whoever the cook was last night! The service on the other hand was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Both me and my boyfriend are very experienced in the restaurant industry so to have a waitress that could not care less about the customers she was serving was sad and slightly annoying to see. The only thing she did was ask us for our drinks otherwise we had to ask for bread we had to ask to put in our appetizers & meals it’s not like we weren’t visually ready to order considering our means were stacked at the end of the table by the time she brought our drinks to us, I felt like I was doing her job more than she was, she did not once pick up a single empty dish so by the time we got our food we barley had anywhere to put it, then by the time we were ready to leave I physically had to get up and start looking for our waitresses bc we were sitting there simply waiting for a check for approximately 20 mins with our waitress no where to be seen. Im not sure who the young blond chick was serving your back dining area last night but as a cooperation I would genuinely reconsider the position she holds in your restaurant.

I was at longhorns today and our waiter was not very nice. he got mad right at the beginning when we were ordering drinks because we confused him bc of one water with lemon and one without. the food was good though. Did not know that ordering waters were that confusing, that he had to get mad. and he also didn’t ask if we wanted more water or bread.

Seats were available immediately. Service was excellent. I had ribeye and steamed broccoli. It was cooked perfectly. Salads and drinks came first and entrees were timed well. Prices were reasonable. There were families with children and couples of all ages. Parking and location were convenient. Overall it was a good experience.
Food was very good, steak was cooked perfectly, had great flavor, ended up getting the 22oz Porterhouse. Steak was a cut little thin for my liking but was a good overall size, and was cooked perfectly at medium. The rest of the table also had steaks, the ribeye and NY strip, both nice and thick, cooked perfectly and were fantastic according to everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful, did a good job at cleaning table off and refilling drinks. It was very busy here, so highly recommend getting reservations and calling ahead. Overall would recommend as it was a good experience, had 3 children with us, and all 3 enjoyed their kids meals and kids steak. If you have larger kids the kids meal/steak might not be enough food though for them, as mine was still hungry after finishing the steak.
