In general I’ve been stoked to finally see more variety for food options open up in Easton, but I hate to say this one was a bit of a disappointment. I love ramen but this felt more like a noodle dish with a touch of broth- the ratio just way off and not nearly enough liquid. The noodles were also undercooked and more difficult to eat, while the “greens” seemed like a total afterthought and something straight out of a bag salad kit- just thrown in, not cooked down or wilted at all. I feel like it would have been so much easier to just cook down some bok choy or spinach; why bother with raw mixed salad greens?? The fried chicken on top was a bit of an odd choice since it got soggy very quickly so you have to eat it fast, but it tasted good and next time I’d just ask for a side of it instead. In the future I’d like to see them offer a solid staple done right like a classic tonkotsu, instead of putting new “twists” on things that just don’t feel all that cohesive.

My wife and I used to like coming here, even our son young son would get plain noodle soup. Lately the size of the soup was cut in half while the price stayed the same. That is not the worst of it, on a cold day what one would expect is a hot bowl of soup, not the case here, semi worm noddles with warm broth, unacceptable. This should be hot, bowl full of broth warming our souls, not even close. Bring back the portions, heat up the brothfill that bowl with hot broth and go back to what you were doing when you opened the place. You have the potential, don't go for the money, it never works in the end. We will try you again in a month.

I normally love this place but haven't been here in at least a year. Prices were increased, portion's decreased, not as fresh as can be seen by the burnt meat in picture and our broth was not even hot when it came out. It wasn't busy and was around 30 mins after opening. I was really disappointed to say the least.

Food is amazing, was ordered Togo and I. Eat it's 1000x better fresh. Quite pricey but very delicious!

The spicy pork noodle soup is excellent. It's expensive at $18 a bowl but it was really good and was an entire meal with an egg on top.The spices were great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 StarsHidden Ramen spot in Easton Market! If you're a ramen aficionado don't miss the experience at Mr. Lee's in Easton. I had the pleasure of trying their bacon ramen this time and it was a flavor explosion! The combination of savory bacon and thick steamed noodles created a symphony for my taste buds. I'm typically a Tonkotsu ramen fan and this place seems to cater towards more Americanized ramen but it was still enjoyable nonetheless. The fried chicken ramen is next on my list and you can't go wrong with the original. Give it a shot!

Had the fried chicken ramen with extra ramen and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was bursting with flavor, the chicken is so juicy and tender. Definitely expensive but worth it for a nice night out.

The ramen is not bad but if you are hoping for traditional Japanese ramen, you would be a little bit disappointed. This is a farm to table ramen non-traditional ramen place. Mister Lee's ramen is the only one that has the pork (chasiu). I personally prefer the flavor of traditional ramen but this is a nice spin from traditional ramen. The broth has a heavy mushroom flavor. Everything is fresh and flavorful, not much to complain about.

My favorite ramen in the Lehigh Valley. High quality ingredients. I enjoy both the more traditional with chashu and their squash veggie broth creation. They were very accommodating when I requested to sub more vegetables instead of noodles one occasion. Kimchi is great. Portions are large. Always look forward to coming here.

This is more Asian fusion ramen. I specifically went for the Mister Lee ramen bc it seemed the most authentic, but the chashu pork was not proper Japanese chashu, seemed more like slow cooked pork shoulder, and the egg is really not ok "raw", it ruins the texture of the broth, they should really work towards a proper jammy egg. The noodles were perfect. I was also able to try another ramen that was a play on southern dishes, had hush puppies and black eyed peas as well as pork belly. Overall, if you're not looking for authentic, it's tasty and worth a try. Cocktails are nice, too.

Best ramen in the valley! Way above Rakkii and Takkii. The fried chicken ramen is delicious. Wish there was option for green teas with boba like at Takkii, but the ramen exceeds them by far. Keep it

Went on a date here today! Great noodles only thing I can complain about is that when I was on my last bite I bit into a piece of plastic. I am not one to stand up for myself but I did today and they didn’t really do anything about it. ?
