More than Q is the best BBQ in the Lehigh valley. Whenever I am in the mood for a great brisket sandwich or pulled pork, I stop in the public market and get one from them. The manager Jon is top notch and always provides excellent customer service while keeping the restaurant running smoothly. If you love your meats, you need to stop in more than Q!

Had a brisket sandwich and it was great. Really nice meat, well smoked but not overdone. I'm typically not much of a BBQ fan but this was a really good sandwich. They had several different styles of BBQ Sauce of which all were great. Service was quick. It's in the Easton public market so it's a really cool location.

Customer service is great even when they are busy and all of the staff (especially Larry and Alex) are great workers even from an outside view. Made us wait 40 minutes after "losing" out ticket. And then served many others before us. Ribs and pulled chicken were cold and inedible. Very disappointed for 44 bucks and a 8 dollar tip.

Came here after going to the crayola experience. Last time I tried the burger spot and it was great so I figured this bbq place had to be good. Wow was it not good, just plain bad. My daughter got the popcorn chicken which was good but burned. I opted for the two meat platter and got brisket and spare ribs and burnt ends baked beans. I am a weekend smoker and an amateur in every sense of the word but wow this was the safest brisket I have ever seen and tasted. The ribs were fine, definitely steamed with an overpowering cumin taste. For 35 you're better off throwing your money away or getting the fried hot dog around the corner. Oh and the macron I and cheese had less flavor than a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese

I don’t leave reviews to often unless I feel it’s needed, whether for good or bad. I’ll keep it short but the dude at the counter was in a miserable mood, so that was the first thing. I ordered a brisket sandwich which the brisket was very dry and had a liquid smoke taste too it, almost as if someone made it in there oven 3 days before and reheated it. The food also, is really expensive compared to other BBQ places in the area that are much better, 14$ for a small sandwich with no side is a little crazy. I ate here years ago when they first opened in the public market and everything was very good and the staff was friendly, not sure what happened ??♂️

Located in the Easton market there are lots of great food options but one of my go to places is More than Q. Great brisket, meaty chili with a bit of a kick and fresh cut fries. Love it all.

All I have to say is WOW! Best smoked meat I had was in New Orleans and this reminded me of just that. Straight out the smoker, juicy and flavorful. Bbq sauces are just as delicious. I got the sauerkraut over pork bbq. ? Will definitely be coming back! Staff is also super friendly! Thank you !

Barbecue is an investment, one to be made wisely. In exchange for the fat, calories, cholesterol, salt and sugar, you are supposed to get tender, meaty deliciousness that make it all worthwhile. I’m sorry to say, More Than Q gave me a bad return. The brisket and the ribs were appallingly overcooked and dry. Not much flavor. Small portion, though more wouldn’t have helped. Grumpy service. Not going back.
