This place has a 3.3 rating for a reason. Should be less if you ask me. The Assistant manager is a joke. Christopher/Chris just made thing's difficult rather than help a difficult situation. My order was made wrong. I didn't notice until I was already home 10 min away at 8:00 pm. So I decided to call and let them know I'm heading back if they can please have my order ready. This guy tried so hard to say it was my error and I should have been specific of what I'm ordering. Grrr. I arrived he came to the drive through window with the vengeance. Who did he think he was going to fight with. I just wanted my sandwich not a salad. The poor girl with him was laughing as if it was funny. This guy aut to be fired. No respect what so ever. What happened to customer service? I remained calm until he said "what do you want" dude I just want my sandwich so I can get home. To much negative energy...was there ever other day ordering the same thing. Never going back. Keep your red hair bun out of my food too!

Ordered half a ham deli sandwich and cup of cream of chicken soup. They must have just skimmed the top of the soup container because it was all liquid with two tiny pieces of chicken and a few specks of rice. They also completely overloaded the sandwich with spread. It was inedible. This was a to-go order. They really need to train their staff to properly make and serve their food.

The service was almost perfect. The food was ok, soup was cold but was able to use microwave while my mom waited for us to eat together, the tables were dirty, with food and crumbs all over, not just one table but several. I watched two other couples come in and ask to have their tables cleaned off before they sat down. The floors....yuck! Not one napkin to be found or pepper packs only salt and straws with a few soda lids were available. I always give a 2nd try but will try different location next time.

Everytime I get food to go they forget something. This last time they forgot 4 Oatmeal Raisin cookies.......but they didn't forget to charge me. The Mgr made it right but it is just a pain to have to go back.

Corporate Panera where are you? Need to step in and change the culture in this store, for the prices you charge we get less than stellar experience, half my order was missing and that lack of urgency/concern was discouraging. Whats the point of delivery if your customers have to drive there to get half of their missing order? While waiting witnessing other patrons voicing they had been waiting 40+ minutes for a dine in order is 100% unacceptable. Empty condiments unclean tables and floors made my teenagers room look clean in comparison.Lost my business for sure, pathetic

I found a hair on the tomato of my sandwich. The staff remade it for me. However I noticed that they reused the same bread. I knew it was the same bread because I had taken a tiny bite before noticing the hair. Hoping that they remade the inside part and didn't just remove the hair and give it back to me. I guess we will never know.

I’m not exactly going here for fine dining so atmosphere and the like doesn’t really matter. This is fast food and I’m not expecting quality but I am expecting them to get my order right. Most of the staff is super nice and helpful. The large guy they have working the drive through window gets my order wrong every time. I ordered a you pick two half bacon turkey bravo with a cup of tomato soup and an apple. I received non of that and instead got a sandwich with turkey lettuce tomato and mayo. This has happened three times now. I payed over $15 bucks for this.
