The pics sold me, but it ended up being a rather middling experience. I order Pizza all over the Valley with work, so I sample a lot. The pizza dough was good, firm, maybe a little too bready, not an issue. As soon as the pizza began to cool, the cheese and toppings separated from the pizza and it was just meh.Meh. Not bad, not great. Looks good!

Ordered a large Sicilian Pizza today from Pizza Chef Easton PA. It was the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my 54 years of eating pizza. It was not warm sauce was bland and the crust tasted like cheap Chinese food. Terrible.

Tried Pizza Chef for dinner last night. It's housed in a very unassuming building so you have to know it's there to find it. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress who told us to sit anywhere we wanted, we picked a table and sat. The waitress came immediately and brought menus and ice water. I liked her already. I saw there was Chicken Francese on the menu so I asked if the chef could make it with Veal instead and she said certainly. Salads and rolls came first. The salads were large and very fresh. The rolls were nice and warm. Then the entree. Very large portions of veal on top of angel hair pasta with a perfectly seasoned white wine lemon butter sauce. So good! I'll be back to try the Chicken Francese soon.

Ordered pizza from here a couple times now and have always been fully satisfied with my pizza! Definitely one of the better pizza places in the Lehigh Valley and our goto.
Food is really good ,we ordered our 7th pie in 2 weeks since getting a menu in mail and I must say as an italian who Loves Good pizza ,this is the BEST pizza in the area.We live witnin 2 minutes of cousins,anthonys franks ,wegman etc ,We just now found top notch Pizza (excellent) above anyone in area.A hidden gem,also ordered seafood dinner which was excellent ,service is friendly ,top notch also.This is a TRUE REVIEW
