Pizza Hut is debatably one of the most iconic fast food chains that’s been struggling since 2020. Their breadsticks are good but not that good. Their pizza, personally, I never liked at all. They’ve relied on unexpected items like melts and pasta bakes (which I’ve always enjoyed). The wings are also pretty good, but every time we go to a PH, it seems to be not much more than a ghost town nowadays!Parking: This place has more parking available than it needs.

This location frequently gets orders wrong. Also, if you try to call the restaurant directly to fix the order you're instead connected to an offshore call center. This has inspired me to stop ordering from ANY Pizza Hut franchise, not just this location.

Paid $25 for delivery of a medium pan pizza with extra cheese and the pizza came barely warm with burnt cheese.

Order was wrong, I called twice to make them aware of the problem and was put on hold for a long time. I went into the restaurant and was not greeted. While I was standing there I could hear the female Manager stating that she wasn't a nice person and that she was in charge and if they didn't like it they should clock out and leave . She was speaking loudly while customers were in the building. Very unprofessional!!!!

The new Roslyn location is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to in my life. Unprofessional, ignorant, rude and any other adjective that goes along with it. Ownership should reevaluate staff.
