Definitely not what it used to be. The guy that used to work there for years knew how to run it. The pretzels now are so under cooked and huge.. it just looked like a pile of dough. I’ve been there a couple different times and every time the pretzel is undercooked. Everyone looks miserable working too, it’s kinda sad, it used to be a really good.

The service food and ambiance here is amazing. I love the pretzel dogs, the regular pretzels and the mini pretzel bites.

If fresh, it is a WOW. But not always fresh.

I just went to this place for a Latte after I paid for it the employee told me she did not know how to make it to well. Told me to taste the latte it was nasty . I asked for a pumpkin coffee it was done so awful . I paid for it and took a sip and immediately through it in the garbage . Thanks allot for wasting my $4.77 on nothing

Absolutely horrible experienceMy grandkids got sick off the uncooked pretzels that I was over charged for .The workers are extremely rude.please don't waste your money at this disgusting location.I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to close down I will be reaching out to the health board, and posting a further review on Yelp.

My pretzel, was half done and was still doughy when I first biting in to it so I walked back and had them redo it
The coffee machine was broken during one of the busiest times of the year. The pretzels I had were awful...some sugary some extremely salty. The coffee I had tasted like nothing. This place is horrible, and I'd recommend Auntie Ann's instead.

The pretzels are amazing, not greasy or too salty, definitely beats out Auntie Anne’s and The Pretzel Factory for sure!! Pepperoni pretzel is my favorite with the marinara sauce!!

The pretzels here are our favorites. We go out of our way to stop with any excuse to go to Palmer Park mall. Yummy hand made are not greasy. We've been lucky to catch them straight out of the oven. Seth's Teas which is in the same store front is a non-profit that sells really excellent iced tea. We had the amazing blueberry lemon. Both options in one stop are wonderful.

Stopped by yesterday with my mother for a pretzel and a drink . The pretzel was fantastic. My mothers tea was fresh green tea and she said it was very good. We will definitely stop by more often.
Amazing place. Best pretzels in the valley
