Walked in, and right back out after being seated. Entire restaurant stunk of rotten food, lots of dirty tables with lots of baskets waitress hadn't cleared from tables that left long before we got there.

Server was great. Burger and chicken strips good. Fish and chips over cooked so dry . However the Manager doing the rounds looked at the fish and Did Not Charge me for it. I will return.

Food was excellent,our waiter Evan was outstanding. Could not ask for better service. The mozzarella sticks were out of this world. The campfire sauce should be sold in stores. Will be returning to the red Robin at the shopping center on 248,Northampton crossings. I will definitely as for Evan as my waiter.

Revising my previous rating due to today's visit. Haven't been at this location in a while and it has gone downhill. The menus weren't clean, the plates weren't clean, the table wasn't clean, the floor wasn't clean. You get the idea. Brought this to the attention of a manager who offered to reseat us and had someone clean the floor around the table.I hope the local franchisee can make improvements here and fast!

3/2/24 skip Red Robin's in Nazareth tonight. Took over 30 minutes to get cold appetizers, restaurant doesn't look half full, manager had weak excuses about alot of to go orders and poor management of kitchen staff breaks.
This review is for a delivery order I placed. Grubhub orders should not be treated any differently then any other customer. My burger was over cooked and my desert was horrible. First the brownie I ordered was as hard as a brick. I couldn't even eat it. Secondly it was missing the strawberry sauce its supposed to come with along with the ice cream. And I paid for extra ice cream because there's usually not enough. I filed a complaint with Grubhub and they refunded my order. This isn't the first but the second time Red Robin messed up my order. Both times the same desert missing the same items. I will not be placing a delivery order again. Get it right Red Robin

Ask for the burger to be cooked rare and this is how it came out, also waited 15 minutes for a drink refill and our onion ring tower came out cold. Not very satisfied with this establishment. Will not be returning to this Red Robin.
