The food was great here. We had a variety of their pizza choices which were all amazing. I had the chop chop salad with chicken, which was fantastic. Dressing was the perfect amount. The chicken and salad was fresh. We will definitely be returning.

This place is a must! Had a fantastic experience with our impromptu stop at River Grille while driving from Newark NJ to Harrisburg PA, in Easton PA just 1 mile off interstate 78. We had the two dinner specials, Filet Mignon and seared Mahi Mahi. Both were outstanding, so of course we had to try dessert. The Creme Brulee and Peanut Butter Bliss were fantastic too!! Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I came here Valentine’s Day weekend and before leaving, I told myself, I have to write a review. It was important to me because, upon us walking up to the host stand, there was a very angry and mean-spirited woman yelling at the manager and the host. I’m not sure what happened prior to us getting there but after our experience, we believe that no one on the staff deserved that treatment. Everyone was super kind and attentive. Our server was very friendly and bubbly and even the manager had stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. The food and drinks came out in a timely manner (despite the restaurant being packed, maybe from a large party) and the food and drinks were delicious. I mean the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had, and the steak was done to perfection. My boyfriend loved his spinach ravioli and even helped me finish my filet mignon. Our dinner experience exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back another time.

Defined a 5 start experience all around! Food service and atmosphere was incredible. A shout out to Tom our server, who made a birthday lunch lovely! We had the short ribs, served with mashed potatoes and green beans, some yummy frizzled onions as a garnish. Also had the pistachio crusted salmon, cooked to perfection, served with a mushroom risotto and brocollini. A smathering of a mustard bur blanc as a sauce served along the salmon. The restaurant was clean and the food was cooked perfectly, nice portion size. Lunch menu is the same as dinner! We'll be back!Vegetarian options: Any vegetarian will find something delicious here!Dietary restrictions: They will make your food any way you like!Parking: Bring quarters for the meter on the street, or does take credit cards too. You might have to walk a bit on a busy night.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in easy out with a wheelchair. Easy to be seated at a table. Easy in and easy out of the restroom too!

We were seated just a minute or so after a table of three. We both ordered within minutes of each other, in fact, the waiter left the other table and came directly to our table to ask for our order; so both tables ordered basically at the same time and even similar foods; an app and burgers. We both received our apps around the same time, (though what the waiter described and what was served was a bit misleading).However, when it came to the entree, the nearby table of 3 not only received their entree way ahead of us, they finished eating and had even ordered dessert. We still did not receive our burgers.Another table (of six) next to us, who were seated about 20 minutes after us, all ordered various apps and entrees and also received their entrees (steak, pasta, etc) and still no burgers for us.The waiter did mentioned it would be “yet another minute” as he passed by our table. ( No replenishment of a beverage, just not in tune to much, he didnt think of letting us know the specials, not much care or attention),Honestly, I really think they forgot about our order, us maybe both. We ended. up mentioning the length of time to the waiter (after now a full hour had passed), and then to manager discreetly. He and she didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Very matter of fact. They said they would check on it. We definitely did not feel like they cared about their “guests” at the River Grille. The food arrived about an hour later.We almost walked out.On a positive note, the food was really great when it did get there. No complaints there. I think if the staff seemed more concerned or understanding about the extended delay with our food, it would have made up for the wait, even if there was an order mishap. We would have been good with that. We just felt nothing from them.Basically, the service was pretty bad and the insensitivity of the team made the situation worse.

We got to our reservation 45 minutes early and quickly sat at the bar to grab a cocktail before dinner. Bartender was attentive and made an excellent martini. We ended up being seated early to our table before we could finish our drinks. Staff were friendly, worked as a team, and were extremely attentive. Food served quickly. Busy place, but they run super efficient. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Ordered the gnocchi bolognese and chicken parm, and butternut squash soup. Wish we would've tried a non pasta dish to try a main entree, but the food was very good. I would say the only downfall was that they were almost so efficient that it could almost come across as rushed.

The bar tenders were too busy cleaning glasses, filling restaurants drink orders, and not filing drinks for patrons sitting at the bar. They need 3 bar tenders on a busy Friday night.
