Calling all garlic lovers! If you're looking for an explosion of flavor that will leave you wanting more, look no further than Scratch's "For the Love of Garlic" pizza. This white pizza is a masterpiece, starting with a fresh ricotta and mozzarella base that's perfectly creamy and melty. But the real star of the show is the garlic - confit garlic adds a deep, caramelized sweetness, while the raw shaved garlic delivers a sharp, pungent kick. But wait, there's more! The pizza is finished with a drizzle of both savory and sweet black garlic sauce, adding another layer of complexity and umami. Each bite is a symphony of textures and flavors, and I couldn't stop myself from devouring the whole thing. Pro tip: Bring your garlic breath spray, but don't let that deter you. This pizza is worth the social consequences! Would I recommend? Absolutely! This is a must-try for any garlic lover, or anyone looking for a truly unique and delicious pizza experience.

I'm guessing the food is SUPER good - have seen it made - have not eaten any.A week or 2 ago - I was going to buy a slice or a whole pizza- but the manager lady was SO abrasive and rude - I reconsidered completely and went to Tokyo Sushi instead. She made me feel:0. that I was stupid1. I was unwanted there2. she didn't want my business3. that everyone saw all of this - because EVERYONE absolutely did- it was a quiet zone for a brief 5 min.All I had asked - which only took 5 seconds of her time to listen to - was for a walkthrough of the menu or 2 suggestions."what do you recommend?"which I believe is a HIGHLY STANDARD and EXPECTED question for a Food Service Business - called a RESTAURANT.i WAS -- shocked by her example of customer service.I mean everyone knows what pizza is I thinkAnd everyone knows what some good flavors arebut I think STILL people ask for recommendationsbecause if you work at the business- you're usually proud of or make super good 2-3 flavors.MIND BOGGLINGDO NOT RECCOMEND

A tall female employee of this restaurant was screaming insults at the top of her lungs to a young man who was working in the market. Very unprofessional, will never order from here.

First time visiting the Easton public market. We got the regular pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 bacon toppings. So it is a thin crust but it was not cooked enough and was doughy. The sauce itself is ok but could be sweeter. . We also got the Sicilian slice . It was cooked fine but while I do like garlic it was alittle over powering for my tastes. Beers were ok. There is plenty of seating and they do take cash or credit. It was a nice place and there is a parking garage right next to their entrance . All and all we spent 28.00 for a regular pizza 12" , slice of Sicilian, 2 waters and a beer.

I friggin love Scratch. Their pizza completes me.Also beer. Also staff. Also beer.Any review less than five stars is not just an attack on Scratch, but an attack on Easton, an attack on democracy, an attack on America.Pretty sure the Declaration of Independence was read in Easton in anticipation of Scratch Pizza one day occupying its hallowed soil.

The pizza is good as I had the cheese pizza. However, I had the black garlic knot special and they did not hit the mark. I did not like the black sauce that was put on top of the garlic knots. Nonetheless, the somewhat unique drinks on tap made this place shine for me. The drinks were good and the pizza was good. I would recommend this place if you want pizza and some beer (you might be lucky and have lice music playing).

The sausage, peppers, and onion pizza with hot honey was good. Sad that you could not just make a pizza from scratch and add on onions though.

Amazing pizza, beer, atmosphere and most of all, service. My favorite pizza is the Scotch Bonnet. But it's not just the food that keeps us coming back on a weekly basis. It's also Melissa, Clare, Penny and the others that work at Scratch who are very attentive/friendly to their customers. You can't go wrong selecting Scratch as a place for a great experience.

Our favorite in the area… their garlic base & mushroom options are delicious. Have Daiya cheese (feel free to upgrade to Good Planet or another vegan option though!) Added bonus, the staff are always SO friendly!!

Small Pizza spot in the back of Easton Public Market. They have a variety of personal fired pizza to choose from. Good if you like well done crust. Flavor is really good. Just a heads up - the Habanero is a sauce, and not that hot at all. Beer on tap is from ShawneeCraft.

Nice place in the Easton public market. Interesting beer selection but didn't have time to try. Got garlic pretzel knots and they were great! A little undercooked but nice flavor and good sized portion. Was in a hurry and they weren't busy so disappointed it took almost 15 minutes. Those I was with had grabbed something from another vendor and were nearly done eating before I got my order. But certainly a place I'll try again!
