I don't normally yelp businesses but this one got to me. I got an order delivered only to find out it was completely wrong. I called the store to see about a refund & was met with a very rude manager Rebecca. She told me she would cancel it & that she didn't get the money, then told me to call doordash. Doordash told me the same thing & that I needed to call the store. I went back and forth with them a few times until doordash transferred me to the subway store. She wanted me to hold onto the sandwich until the next day (since they were closing) and bring it into the store so she could pay out of her own pocket for a portion of the price. After I refused to do so (due to lack of transportation) we got into a screaming match. I have never in my life had an experience this bad. I ultimately decided to deal with the loss, but please do yourself a favor & don't order from this location.

Stingy. I have eaten at Subway franchises all across the United States and in Canada, and I have never had anyone refuse to give me enough tomatoes on my footlong veggie sub. What's more, this person was openly telling another customer she was going to close soon. With a pile of cut up tomatoes below her. So, in other words, she put her planned open tomorrow ahead of my request as a paying customer. And tomorrow's paying customers will be eating a majority of older tomatoes. Like other reviewers. I have done my time working in food service and restaurants and so I know that this was not a big ask. How stingy can you get when you refuse to give a customer ordering a sandwich with only vegetables the vegetables they ask for?

The woman who works there us a B.... SHE WAS RUDE. Has no customer service attitude what so ever. Does not do the experience any good. Walked out leaving her with 2 made sandwiches. Thati refused to

So, I have worked at Subway before, I know what their basic sandwhiches get in terms of meat and cheese and veggies. I can tell you this place skimps. Overall I had no issue with the worker there but in previous experiences when you enocunter a place running like this its always a problem to ask for more so I just let her do her thang. At the checkout i asked for chips and a drink but wanted cookies instead. I watched the register total my cold cut combo listed at 5.69 and add a drink and chips. Came out to 10.21. She said hold on a sec after I pulled cash out and it was nearly 12.. learned my lesson, order online or avoid. The business wasnt friendly at all with no chairs down like she was getting ready to close. Food tasted good and the veggies were definitely fresh. This place needs some business guidance to sustain or its going to close soon.

The owner is always so unfriendly and quite rude. I gave this place a few tries before deciding to write a review. You can not get extra anything because when you ask for extra of anything she puts one or two more and seems annoyed you even asked. I'm not about to ask 4 times just to get 6 slivers of onion on my sandwich. Additionally, she makes up rules and tells customers she is able to do that because it's her store and she has hours displayed but does not follow them so you could show up during alleged business hours but she decided to close early.

I've given this establishment a few tries thinking that maybe I will have a good review but the three times I went there they were all bad. One time I went there during business hours and they were closed, went there a second time and they were closed during their business hours, and then a third time I placed an online order directly through the subway app and drove to the store just to get a notification that my order had been canceled, so I called inside of the store and the owner which I believe is the one that works in there most of the time said that she canceled the order because they do not accept coupons which I was really confused about because why would the app accept it and it says it's for Subway yet I feel like they pick and choose which things they would like to accept. I can honestly say I see why the place is up for sale, you can't have many customers when half the time your shop is closed even during hours that it's supposed to be open, and canceling customers orders, oh and not to mention when you ask for extra they literally only put like one or two pieces extra. After my few experiences I haven't gone back in probably will never go back unless new owners take over then I may give it another try .

As all of the comments state, the owner is RUDE! I placed an order at this specific location because it is the only one nearby that is shown in the app that accepts coupons. Five minutes after I placed my order, she calls me and tells me she’s canceling it because they don’t accept coupons. I told her she needs to call corporate and tell them to fix the app then and she said she can’t do that (even though other stores in the area are set up that way) and that she just cancels orders when they use coupons. I was already on my way and she didn’t care. I should have just listened to the comments and STAYED AWAY.

All of the reviews about the rude Jamaican are totally spot on. Ordered a sandwich via Doordash, as soon as I placed the order I called the restaurant to ask for extra sweet onion dressing (something I ask for at EVERY subway and have never EVER been told "no") to which she said "We put as much on the sandwich that's supposed to go on there" I said I understand but I really like extra, she then says "The sandwich is already made and wrapped up" (not a chance, but I understood) so I kindly asked if she could put some on the side and she said "No, we have nothing to put it in." SERIOUSLY? OVER DRESSING? I only chose this location because I had doordash credit but I definitely won't return if they won't even make the sandwich that I PAID FOR the way that I ASKED FOR IT TO BE MADE.EDIT: I ordered two bags of chips and both bags were wrong, and I asked for italian herb and cheese bread and didn't get that either.

Visit this store, only if you want to be scammed and insult.They definitely need training on customer care and honesty. Cutting off the stuff is not going to save there business. I order two sandwiches online, picked up, and when I open the wrap at my house, I was shocked, I feel like 40% of the stuff was missing. She didn't add items as per my order, i.e. chess, black olives, jalapeños, green pepper, pickles, and my bread was not toasted. Lady over the counter wasn't friendly, I asked her to add more sauce and she look at me like I asked for her kidney.It's horrible, not going to this store again for sure .

Almost $7 for a 6 inch with pepperoni and cheese. I get less pepperoni and extra olives. She charges for every single thing that other subways don't. She is not friendly at all. And sheLied about having cups in her store because I wanted to purchase a cup of ice. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me...smh

Lady who said she was the owner was very rude!!! My boyfriend called to ask about including sweet peppers on a sub he ordered from door dash. She was not having it. She said it has to be done on the app but that was not an option and special instructions were not included. we have called several times and no problem. She got really nasty when he was tell her she was being rude and unprofessional.Customer service is key to any good business!!! Never will order from here again. Nobody should be treated so badly for asking for sweet peppers because ita not on the app.
