My wife and I stopped in for lunch after shopping most of the late morning. We usually don't eat at big name franchises, but we said, "Why not.I had the Beyond burger and fries. It's exactly what I got. It was good , but nothing special. I "think" they must create the same meal exactly the same for everyone. Some people expect this, but it would be nice to add some creativity to the meal.Overall, we would come back. The barmaid was friendly and the food was good.Vegetarian options: There is not much variety for vegetarians, but there are some options.

Appetizers and entrees were great, for dessert we ordered the cinnamon cheesecake to go, and the slices were thinner than a slice of bread. It had great flavor but it was extremely small, two bites and it was gone.

It took a bit to get our server, but once she came to our table, she was very pleasant and attentive. The pot stickers were amazing, and the meatballs were well flavored. The chicken sandwich was well made. I took dessert to go and our server was nice enough to package my caramel sauce and pecans for my cheesecake in separate little tins. Overall a fairly pleasant experience. We will return.

Food was hot & delicious. I ordered from the $19.99 three course dinner menu. I got pot stickers to start, chicken & shrimp over cheesy melt & mashed potatoes for main course & Cinnabon cheesecake w/ ice cream & pecans. My Mom got their 6oz steak w/ a piece of chicken extra w/ side of rice & salad. Service was great. We weren't rushed but they weren't busy at all either. Atmosphere was quiet while we there.

Ate here last night with my family. Service was good. Our server Tyler was on point, but the food was not. Uncooked and unseasoned broccoli, mashed potatoes were dry, chicken was dry and the steak was fatty and hard to chew. The place wasn’t busy at all and the food looked like it had been sitting under a lamp for a while. I spent $175 and was highly disappointed. The portions alone were not worth the price. I expected more from a place located directly next to a steak house.

I ordered Fridays to-go. We got three bucket-of-bones and the ribs and wings were plentiful. I ordered the chicken al pastor bowl and paid for sautéed shrimp to be added to it. I paid $19 for this bowl and it looked terrible. The shrimp was clearly microwaved, the chicken was microwaved then grilled and so tough even the cook who put it in my box couldn’t cut all the way through it because it was still together when I tried cutting it. I work in a restaurant and I can say for the price I paid for this it’s unacceptable. I will never order from here again given that the portion/price is ridiculously proportioned and the effort/price is non-existent.

Have not been to this establishment in years. Appearance has not changed, still dark and dismal. Service was slow as it seemed staff was minimal. The hostess was bussing tables and yet tables still remained cluttered with used dishes. Ordered the ribs with mashed potatoes and street corn. My companion ordered the hangar steak with mashed potatoes. The steak looked appealing and cooked to the correct temperature. My ribs, on the other hand, came out dry and leathery under the sauce. I almost finished my potatoes and corn by time our waiter (Eddie) came along to find out how our meal was. I told him of my displeasure with the ribs and re-ordered my meal. The second try with the ribs yielded a juicier, fall off the bone rack although it had a different sauce than I originally ordered.
