A must visit!! Food was delicious! Our server was on the ball, made great suggestions and prices were very reasonable. I had shrimp n grits and my husband had the Buttermilk chicken. The cornbread is a MUST! Fried green tomatoes were perfect. Ambience was really nice and had a great view of downtown Easton. They have a military discount which was much appreciated!

The Bayou restaurant is centrally located in Easton, PA, offering a charming ambiance and delicious food. We enjoyed sitting at the bar, chatting with the friendly staff who recommended a variety of dishes, including beer, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorites were the cast iron pierogies, the sweet tea BBQ chicken, and the fried Brussels sprouts. Despite our eagerness to dig in, we forgot to snap a picture of the mouthwatering dishes. The food was flavorful, with the chicken practically falling off the bone and the Brussels sprouts delightfully crispy. We're rating our experience four stars because although the desserts, which turned out to be regular ice cream, were tasty, we were expecting something different. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the attentive service. Convenient parking is available nearby, mostly on the street.

Food, service, ambience are Great!!! Was looking to go to Stokes but a three hour wait. Across the street was Bayou.it did not disappoint. Have to try it!!! You won't regret it.
Mac and cheese is bomb, we got the surf and turf and the Nashville chicken Mac and cheeses along with brussels sprouts and corn bread.To those coming here for the first time, at least get a side of cornbread. The cornbread comes with honey butter and is nice and warm when served.It wasn’t crowded and the food came pretty quick!

The food was amazing however on 02/10/23 at 9:45pm was our reservation and there was a group that was obnoxiously loud and when I asked the waitress & waiter to please tell them to be quiet the waiter told me there was only so much they could do because they are friends with the owner !! They then became more louder after our complaint. I will never dine here again unfortunately. I hope Bethlehem location will be 100x better . We couldn’t even finish our meal because how loud they were . It was a horrible experience. We left with a migraines.. NEVER AGAIN !!! Talk about “privilege”
