We ordered a 15 count boneless meal combo with fries and corn on the side. Order takes 45 minutes and when we get the food the wings have bones, no fries, barely any corn and the wrong wing flavor. When we tried to call we kept getting put on hold.they even called my name to make sure it was my order.

I work at Wingstop Easton, I have suggestions for new sides like Mozzarella sticks and Mac&cheese.Wing is a Young Growing Franchise in this today's economy it's not fastfood it's in between real chicken prepping and siit in restaurant Wingstop doesn't do drive thru because the chicken is not pre Cooked like other chicken fastfood restaurants it takes about 20 minutes to do one order and that's why it has a crew to do one order in 13 minutes.I am grateful to be an employee at WingStop and "Customer Courtesy is priority"customer review show me Where we need to resolve and innovate productivity

I was hoping for a decent experience at this restaurant, I was wrong. My brother in law and I stopped in for lunch because we wanted to try something different. We both ordered the chicken sandwich combo meals, which come with fries and a drink.Strike one against this place was the employees behind the counter. Watched as 2 different employees handled and assembled food without gloves and without washing their hands. Watched the cook, who literally wiped his hands on his shirt and pants between orders, no gloves, no hand washing. The woman bagging the food also wore no gloves and did not have her hair properly secured by hair net or hat so as to not come into contact with food.Strike two was due to the horribly slow service. There was only one order ahead of us for the same thing we ordered, and yet it took the kitchen no less than 25 minutes per order. If it were busy, I could understand a wait, but when only 1 other small order is in, it should not take 25 minutes.Strike three was the food quality. The sandwiches were edible but definitely not hot, more likely just lukewarm. The fries looked and tasted as if they had been left under the warmer for way too long. Not hot at all, and you could tell they hadn't been in the fryer for at least 10 minutes by the time we were served.Unless conditions and quality improve, we won't be returning. I urge anyone who wants to order from there to read all reviews across all platforms, not just Google. Had we seen the facebook and Yelp reviews, we would have gone elsewhere.

Worst experience ever at any wing stop. First of all I placed an online order and when I got there they had given it to someone else that had the same first name as mine. So I waited while they made my food over. So I get my food and come home and look at it and I ordered garlic Parmesan wings which I got plain wings and mild buffalo wings which barely had any buffalo sauce on them. I definitely won’t be going here again!!!! Worst ever!!!!

I have been door dashing for a few months now and have picked up from here several times. The place is always clean and the people are friendly. I talked to John and said I have never tried their wings but wanted to at some point. He gave me some to try and they were amazing. I have now gone back a few times and each time has been great. Thanks John for getting me hooked onto your wings!!!!! Mango Habanero is one of my faves!!!!!!

The customer service at this location is off the charts. I thought it was just the guy at the register who had excellent customer service skills but as I sat there waiting for my order I observed the guy in the back handing out orders who in my opinion went above and beyond for every customer he interacted with. From being so kind and courteous to offering refills and even going the extra mile to help customers by opening the door and helping them carry out orders to their car. All I have to say is wow. The food was also very delicious and arrived to my table hot. The customer service alone is the reason why I'll be back

The employees are very unprofessional. They don’t wash they hands or wear gloves. No mask talking over people food. The fries was cold I asked her for new fries she dumps them back in the grease. The girl ask the guy to hand me the food he said hell no and walked out. The manager says nothing she/he just continues to do what she/he was doing. They wearing jackets on they phones it’s nasty smh. I want a refund asap and this was my first time there never again

The Food at Wing Stop has Always Been Very Good but Recently the Service has gone Downhill, the Young Adults that work there are Rude & have No Professionalism.They Will Play with your Order Delay it or Purposely Give it away or Give u the wrong items because they are Too Busy Playing around , Saturday night 3male employees where goofing off So much that they didn’t even take my order , I waited & they Still hadn’t gotten the order then Laughed abt it .

I placed an order for some regular hot wings. When I arrived home after picking them up, I discovered some teriyaki-parmigiana abomination. The bag had my receipt stapled to it so I guess it was just a mix up on their end. I spoke to the store and they asked me to bring the wings back. That's generally fine - I get it - they have to make sure that I'm not scamming them. I don't even care that it was messed up because I understand that kind of stuff happens when you're working in a kitchen all day. But what they did next I was not prepared for. When I got to the store, I was told that the woman who had been given my order had also called in that she had been given the wrong bag and would be on her way. I waited for like 20 minutes while they claimed my wings were cooking. Once the customer returned with my mixed up order, I watched the staff dump my wings back into some bowl and they just re-tossed and reheated them. I'm assuming they did the same for hers. I called them out on it then and there and they played stupid. I'm not about to get in an argument with the kitchen staff. It's not like I'll want them touching my food after berating them, I so I just bounced. That's just disgusting and unacceptable behavior even prior to COVID. I can tolerate the rude employees and slow service but messing with food is a big no-no. Will never be back.

We put in a pick-up order just to drive all the way over there for them to lie and say they had a printer delay. Printer was spitting receipts just fine. The cook and staff felt it was more pressing to hang out with each other than prepare the meals for the actual customers. The wings seemed like the were cooked by a toddler, over cooked garbage. this will be the last time we go to this restaurant,. when u hire garbage that's exactly the service you receive.
